I find it very insulting that weight watchers has not only sent the exact same response, which demonstrates this company's stance on customer service, but additionally, the representative has chosen to insult me by calling into question my reading abilities.As I stated before, The website does not describe that one can not weigh inNor does it describe that you would have to be a meetings member to be a lifetime memberNor does it explain that you would have to be a meetings member to get "swag" or weight loss momentumsWeight Watchers has been misleading in its representation of what each program offers and it is not fair, nor could any of these things be deduced by the websiteFurthermore, I called in and spoke with several online support services and garnered different responsesThus, if it were as clear as WW's says it is, it would be clear to employees and explicitly stated on the website; it is not.? There is no place on the website which black-letters any of these things and it is misleading to consumers; not because of consumer's lack of ability to read, but rather WW's inability to create a transparent website which letters to consumers exactly what they can and can not expect in each package.? ? ? ? ? I spoke with the memberExplained there must have been a misunderstanding as the Monthly Pass membership could have been set to cancel after the three months but only the Online membership was cancelledI apologized for the confusion, cancelled the Monthly Pass and credited the four charges for a total of $179.80.? [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: This is MY THIRD COMPLAINT filing with the Revdex.com with reference to Weight Watchers and their email advertisingI signed up years ago with their program at the Baldwin, NY locationSoon after I discontinued my membership (chose not to renew) and I still received the email communicationsI asked personnel at the Baldwin location if my email address could be removed and I was told that was done by corporateEvery time I go online to the Weight Watchers website (through the email received) to unsubscribe, it never does complete the processI tried calling to have my email removed and the Weight Watchers personnel would not remove it unless I gave them a ton of personal informationWith each Revdex.com complaint filing the Weight Watchers reply was that the emails will stop soonWell, I waited over a month and they are still coming!! I want action taken now! This is harassment in the form of email media! I have all the emails received in my spam inbox for verification.? I believe I should be entitled to some type of compensation! I just left [redacted] a voicemail to contact our Corporate Affairs groupWe will explain, she placed this exact complaint on the Revdex.com a month ago and we left her a voicemail on 2/**, sent her an email on 2/ [redacted] then she called our Corporate Affairs group on 3/ [redacted] and had a long conversation with our Corporate Affairs agent Erica who explained how the program works for nursing mothers, refunded the $69.80, gave her days of time credit on her membership free of charge and set the account to cancel at the end of that time (5/*) so the member will not be charged any further unless she decides to continue and lets us know.Sincerely,Nikki C.Corporate AffairsWeight Watchers International, Inc
