I called the member and got some clarification on her different contacts with Customer ServiceI expressed our regret regarding the experience she had and appreciated her feedbackI added week time credit to her account to give time to make sure the technical issue is resolvedI will contact the member again once the next payment goes through to verify everything is working well with her account and then will add a month time credit as courtesyI gave the member our phone number in Corporate Affairs in case of any further questions or concerns Nikki C.Corporate Affairs

I called the member and first of all apologized for the rudeness and incorrect information from the representative he spoke withI asked for and he provided the phone number he called from and the day and approximate time so we can have that call pulled to handle that situation internally.I explained we are more than happy to give him some free time, however, because of the way the system is set up, we need him to sign up first, paying the initial fee and then we can credit that fee back and add some time credit, essentially giving him two months freeHe agreed to this but cannot do the sign up today so will contact me in Corporate Affairs when he is ready.We had a difficult time getting the sign up link to show up properly for him so when he is ready to sign up if it is still doing that, I offered to sign him up from here and he is ok with that.I will be waiting for him to call when he is ready to sign up
