On November I saw the advertisement on Teleivision for an item called Handy HeaterTo purchase it you could call a number, or order on line, which I chose to doWhen I received the Heater out of the box l tried to see how it worksThe thermostat came on at degrees when I plugged it into the wallWhen I tried to lower the temperature it would not go down, it would stay at degreesI called their customer service but no one would answerI would like to replace the Heater with one that worksI should not have to pay for its returnThe on-line order# is [redacted] It was payed with an [redacted] The card could be under [redacted] or [redacted] Thank you for your attention to this matter [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Thank you for the update I went to my bank to cancel the credit card but they told me that once it's been delivered that they will take the money back out of my account therefore that has been done and I will need to be reimbursed My concern is that they are going to say that I was already reimbursed and not honor their day money back guarantee Also, I disputed my credit card a week before they delivered the package because it showed on my bank statement that they had already taken the money out of my account on 1/not February as they stated I do not trust this company They are fraudulent and people need to be warned about doing any business with them I will go into my bank on Monday to let them know what is going on and let you know Thank you again for all of your help as they NEVER responded once to me until you got involved Regards, [redacted]
