To be clear, on 10/after the customer service ordeal, I sent an em back to the company, reported them to the Revdex.com, then I called Paypal to inform them that they refused to refund the money.Paypal escalated the claim (which orig claim was made on the purchase date but Paypal said the company must refund) and reassured me that they would get my money back.On 10/the money was refunded from Ontel to my Paypal account. Paypal then closed the dispute because of paymentSo until I got other parties involved, Ontel didn't willingly give me my refund
