I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me My main issue is that there is literally NO WAY of getting in touch with the company, just to check on the order I thought it odd that it was taking so long to replace the cars, so I was calling and e-mailing to no avail There was never a response to the e-mails, and the phone number is just a recording with no option of leaving a message That is NOT called customer service That is called taking people's money and caring only about that I appreciate your response, and the additional cars, and I very much look forward to receiving the car I ordered, as does my son However, I do think you should address the complete lack of customer service you have as a company
