$16.98 We are sorry that the customer was not happy with their ordering experience. Unfortunately, we were out of stock on the 1st Iron Gym Bar and sent the customer the next size. When the customer was nothappy with that one we had another size sent to the customer at no charge.Since quality customer service is very important to us we are refunding the customer by check for $and they may keep the Iron Gym Extenders with our compliments. I am rejecting this response because: Although it was sent outIt was sent out after days/weeks of requesting it to be cancelledThey KNEW I wanted it cancelledBeing back logged is not an excuse considering they were still taking orders ONLINE ( including mine) and knowing they couldn't get the items shipped out.. What I paid for is not what my daughter received.. I had TWO orders for the fire truck and police cars and she received only ONE>The cars that actually came with the set were broken

I am rejecting this response because: Although, my mom only purchased the big vision goggles from your company, she was then transfered via an automated system and offered many other offers Her debit card info was shared with the other 3rd party vendor's and as disabled/Senior she was not clearly aware and not properly informed that her debit card would shared with multiple outside vendor's Yes, we called the numbers of those vendors and they issued credits, however the initial purchase and transaction was completed with Big Vision with no clear communication that her information would be shared and distributed to multiple 3rd party vendor's. Thanks
