Unfortunately, due to the high demand we were experiencing a backorder on the Magic Tracks. The customer’s order was shipped on 12/16/2016 with Fed Ex Tracking [redacted] which shows this was delivered on 12/28/2016. Since quality customer service is very important to us and we apologize for the inconvenience, we have issued a credit to the account for $20.00 this credit will reflect on their next billing statement. Hello this is [redacted] and my complaint if is [redacted] I have received a card in the mail to which I am to sign if I do want to cancel my order before Jan 11,I have tried calling the number they provided which is the same number to which I was unable to use since it said in a recording that their number did not work in my areaI have called the number last night and weirdly, it went through and I requested my order to be cancelledThe support lady said they don't charge money until they ship the magic tracksThey said they were out of stock, but never mentioned that post on their website...I would like to let you know that I have cancelled my order and there is no money to be returned since they didn't charge yet, which I thought when ordering onlineI would like to personally thank you for all for your efforts into looking into my issue and this case
