I am rejecting this response because: as the complete order arrived before Christmas I will keep it. I do not trust the company's processes to credit my account in a timely manner. The best solution is to just keep it and never order from this company again.

I am rejecting this response because: part of my complaint is that they DID NOT notify me via phone or email that my order was rejected as stated in their response. Also I did not dispute delivery time. The gift card was a free gift for a vacation I was on. I did not purchase it and do not have the receipt for it. There is no way for me to get the full card number and security code on the back of it. I wouldn't have thrown the card out if I hadn't received a confirmation email that my order was received with that payment. If I was notified, as stated in their confirmation email, within 48 hours that my order was rejected I would have have given a separate payment and not have thrown out a card I could use today for something else. I'm at a loss because of their lack of following their own policies by not notifying me via phone or email in 6 days from my confirmation email that stated the order WAS processed. Once again, it's poor customer service

[redacted]i think its pretty messed up that bi would order something for christmas and this business would tryt to take they money 30+ days later. that is poor business handling if you ask me. and sounds fishy. I believe this business should be looked into still because something is not right about the way they do business
