I am rejecting this response because:While I appreciate the refund, it is untrue that they were not aware of the project never shippingMy wife talked to them via phone several weeks after the order was placed and was told they were overloaded and the product would arrive in approximately eight weeksWe then sent numerous e-mails with no repliesThe customer service number was switched (or changed) with no notification and when called again on numerous occasions, went directly to a busy signalThey supplied a tracking number and the only activity on that number was that a label had been printed and the shipper notifiedNO PACKAGE WAS EVER SHIPPED! They of all people should know that to be a factThis company needs to be closed down as they continued to sell this same product at ***, *** and *** through Christmas while ignoring their website orders that were paid in full up to three months prior with absolutely no intent to ship
