To the Revdex.com, I received a responce from Ontel corporaion concerning the complaint I filed with youI do see on my credit card a refund of $for the product I was filing against, and they also stated in there responce they will issue a full refund ( I will have to wait for my credit card to make it offical that the refund went through)It is solely up to you if you choose to Close the case, If the refund do not stay on my credit card, I will re-contact you concerning this case.I Thankyou so very Kindly for helping me , and for helping Thousands of consumers being treaded unfairly
