WI am rejecting this response because: I called them back several times. They told me they were back ordered but, they STILL WERE TAKING NEW ORDERS EVERYDAY. I will respond again if and when I receive my wallets.

Dear [redacted], We are sorry that you did not receive the pillows in the time you expected them. Due to the high demand for this item we experienced a backorder. The order was shipped to the original address supplied and could not be changed once shipped. When returned back to the warehouse a full credit was issued to the credit card on file for $49.63. I left a message for the customer, we will be happy to place a new order at a discounted price and ship to the correct address. Regards. But I also would like to say that this company lies, how does magazines have anything to do with furniture feet just one example of their BS. The question is if their such an honest company, which they are not, why is everything automated? And I'm told on Friday night that I can't cancel my order that I would have to call on Monday and when I did in the AM hours of the day they told me I couldn't cancel that it had been processed but could reduce the price???? If they could reduce the the price then it hasn't been processed yet hellooo..this company is a joke oh by the way I'm attaching this with my other complaint and posting it on [redacted] so my 1500 friends and there friends don't make the same mistake as I did thanks Revdex.com

I am rejecting this response because: I did not nor do I want a refund. These are specialized material cases which keeps the person's head cool all night and can not be bought in any store. What I wanted was a new pillow case like the original one that came with the new pillow.

They finally after my involving you did send a check for the $50.85. If I had not been so vigilant at calling and emailing daily and in contacting the Revdex.com, I truly don't belive they would have ever sent me a refund. The staff on the phones were completely unprofessional, and sounded like it was in someones home with their dog in the back ground. Thank you for your help and at least they didn't get this money, but I feel I am not alone in my experience.

I am rejecting this response because: this complaint was originally made back in October of 2016. My daughter has been patiently waiting for her replacement cars and all I hear is "we have a back order and they will be sent out shortly!" Shortly was almost 6 months ago! I would like either my money back or receive the cars within the next couple of weeks. I would like what I paid for and not "It's on back order!"

I am disappointed however that the refund we have now received was the lesser of the 2 charges--one charge was for $66.96 which was the one we responded to when offered on TV. The second shipment which we did not order, and which we sent back was for the same merchandise, but the charge was $ 88.96--$ 22.00 more for the exact same merchandise.I have fought this company for so many months, that I'll take the $ 66.96 and pass on continued battle.
