I will accept this as a solution to settle this complaint, and the eight week processing period after the return has already past because the actual date that Miracle Bamboo Pillow received my return of the products I bought was on 2/3/2016. Today's date is 4/29/2016 and it has been twelve weeks waiting for a check. As long as the valid check is received May 12, 2016. I will will accept this agreement to close this complaint.

We didnt recieve the product on time so whats the point. I am unsatisfied but I am not wasting my time on it anymore. The world doesnt operate to benefit a customer anymore. It operates for the business.

I am rejecting this response because:
My main issue was: There is NO, I repeat, NO. Review page, once you add credit card info and click "continue" (at which point a screen should show what you ordered, all costs including tax and shipping with a total) but instead of a "review order" page it goes directly to processed order. By placing the order one expects the total order to be somewhere around $40.00 but then your order is processed with a grant total of $72.00. I would have immediately cancelled the order but was not given the opportunity to review the order. Instead I had to call the company, complain, then was told in about 6 hours I can go on their website to cancel the order. Which I did, I also called my credit card company to make certain the order would not go through the. All this took several hours of my time.. Had there been a review page ..... 2 seconds to cancel the order.  That is my complaint.

 JUST CHECKED MY CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT AND YES, all charges have been reimbursed.It is sad that this kind of business practice has to happen, and will continue unless something drastic is done to stop it.Not only the horrible sales theft tactics being done on their website, then not 1, 2, but all 3 products purchased defective. Just pathetic.

I am rejecting this response because: I did order a second pair of glasses BUT the "offers" kept on coming and coming and there was not an opportunity to reject the offers.   The ones that I recall were magazines, upgraded glasses for an extra $10 each, then an offer for upgraded glasses for $5 a pair, then a second "offer" for magazines and they named the magazines and also an offer about discounts on some resorts or hotel rooms or something in that department.  I was so frustrated by that time that I just hung up.  I am savvy enough to be able to call to make sure my order was cancelled and to make sure I did not get any of those 'offers'.  Older senior citizens would easily get confused and not know how to handle this situation.  It was a very hard sell and I could not get the automated call to stop so I could get a final total on my order.  I definitely felt the call would not stop until I agreed to one or more of their offers.  Why can't this company just deal with people honestly and with clarity.
