I just want this over with so I am closing this. I still feel like they need to work on customer service. It is unacceptable to be unreachable by phone or email. If you have a problem with high volume calls then there needs to be a solution. 5 months is ridiculous. The fees are also not what was advertised. I just want other customers to be aware of this company.

I am rejecting this response because:  Thank you for the update.  I went to my bank to cancel the credit card but they told me that once it's been delivered that they will take the money back out of my account therefore that has been done and I will need to be reimbursed.  My concern is that they are going to say that I was already reimbursed and not honor their 60 day money back guarantee.   Also, I disputed my credit card a week before they delivered the package because it showed on my bank statement that they had already taken the money out of my account on 1/9 not February as they stated.  I do not trust this company.  They are fraudulent and people need to be warned about doing any business with them.  I will go into my bank on Monday to let them know what is going on and let you know.  Thank you again for all of your help as they NEVER responded once to me until you got involved.
