I am rejecting this response because:  I believe that without the intervention of the Revdex.com this company Ontel would have continued to ignore me. Today I received the check for $9.99 with no accompanying letter to explain why they did not respond to any of my phone calls or emails. Thank you for your help Revdex.com. Without you I would have not gotten this refund.
