On November 6 2016 I saw the advertisement on Teleivision for an item called Handy Heater. To purchase it you could call a number, or order on line, which I chose to do. When I received the Heater out of the box l tried to see how it works. The thermostat came on at 90 degrees when I plugged it into the wall. When I tried to lower the temperature it would not go down, it would stay at 90 degrees. I called their customer service but no one would answer. I would like to replace the Heater with one that works. I should not have to pay for its return. The on-line order# is [redacted]. I have gone through to much time and effort to simply let this go, as I explained in my complaint. I want the order shipped to:[redacted]

Also I need a letter of apology addressed to me explaining the circumstances of this nightmarish experience so that I, perhaps, will be able to mend my relationship with the person this was ordered for. They still believe that I was lying and fabricated this whole tragedy. I mean really, is this to much to ask? I think not.

I am rejecting this response because: I did dispute my transaction and it was reimbursed, which it should have been and then this company disputed my dispute and the charges still went though as stated in their email You will receive 1 set of Magic Tracks® for just $19.99 plus $5.99 shipping and handling (complete with 220 Track Pieces, the Translucent LED Racecar, Decals for Total Customization, the Storage and Travel Pouch and Fun Track Guide). Plus, we'll DOUBLE the offer and include a second set FREE - just pay a separate $5.99 P&H.this was the offer ^^^ that equals 32 dollars and I was charged $65, it was a total scam sent two emails before product was shipped, the company was irresponsible and did not properly handle my request to not ship the product after the product was received it was pass the 30 day money back for a return. This issue was not handled at all I spoke with so many people at this company none of them could solve the issues just kept transferring me around and the last call always ended with someone would reach out, which never happened. This company should reimburse of reimbursed me right away for false advertisment and never shipped the product out and after the product was shipped they failed to accept the product back because it was past their 30 days when I didn't even receive the product for weeks!
