I ordered my couchsaver on April 17th and as of June 12th it hasn't arrived. It's been stuck in China and not moving. I thought this was a US based company, but this is not the case! Customer care has been emailing me back, but just saying to be patient. They're blaming it all on covid. I have asked for my money back but they won't do this. I'm so disappointed, and now I see several other complaints against this company. I hope the product will come someday, but I really can't believe how deceitful they are to say they are based in the US and then to ship from China. So ridiculous.
I ordered from couch savers in April. The company advertises that they are based in Portland on their website, however when provided with a tracking number it shows the item as coming from China. I emailed the company to cancel my order as I feel I have been scammed and was told I couldn't cancel and would need to wait for the package to get a refund. I have filed a dispute with my bank. Please do not order from this website, it's a scam and I wish I would have done my research on them sooner.
I ordered from couch savers on April 23, had to email repeatedly to even get an accurate tracking number. Once I received this tracking number, it has not updated since May 13 and the package was somewhere in China. When I emailed again and asked about my order I was assured my package would be arriving in the next few days. That was over two weeks ago now. The tracking number provided kept changing arrival dates on a daily basis, and now shows nothing at all, except for the last known location on May 13. Their customer service seems to just brush you off and provide the same tracking number with no further information. Doing more research on reviews shows I'm in the same runaround that many others have ended up in.

I am rejecting this response because: I have been continuously brushed off by this company and not given any more information regarding my order or shipment details. I have also been assure numerous times that I would receive my order in 3-4 days, meanwhile it has been two and a half months. I feel, like many others, that I am being scammed and would prefer my money back at this point since the item has clearly not even shipped since the tracking number now just shows that the number was created and nothing was sent.

I ordered two of their products in April, and have not received them. I contacted the company in May and in June to find out where my packages were. The company representative responded by saying they did not know where my package was, that it was in transit and that I would be notified when my package arrived at the local post office. I indicated that it had been over two months since the order was shipped and that I was worried I would not receive my package. The representative just repeated their response about it being in transit and that there is a high chance of it being delivered to the local post office. Feeling unheard, I asked for a refund of the $71.98. They responded by saying I would not be able to initiate a refund until I got my package. Essentially, I am missing a package I paid for, unable to get a refund for said package, and I am out $71.98.

Absolutely atrocious customer service. I ordered on April 17. Confirmed and shipped April 22. It is June 11. Nothing has been received and tracking hasn’t been updated since May 15. (We’ll ignore the fact that the tracking website is in Chinese, despite having been advertised as an American business). I have contacted the company three times about my delivery. Each time they say “rest assured it’s on its way”. No. I will not “rest assured”. There has been no movement on the package since the middle of May.
I’ve gotten ripped off. Don’t fall for this.
Product was not delivered as stated via their email. Reached out to customer service regarding the issues with the delivery and tracking the package. Was told due to COVID, there will be a delay in shipment and a change in their use of carriers. They stated the package was given to a neighbor with a note in the letter box. None of this occurred since the delivery service was changed over from DHL to USPS and the package was not on my front porch. I have been disputing with customer service and have even been told they would send out a replacement and now they are stating no replacement since I did not purchase insurance for mail. I have been requesting a refund for over 2 months and I would like to have this resolved.

I orders 2 items on April 25th and have yet to receive them or have any updated tracking information. I contacted the chat from the website and was only offered vague responses. I asked for a company number and they don't have one. Only email and chat which goes offline very often. I was told I couldn't receive a refund but was welcome to return the product whenever it finally arrived. I am sorry I ever trusted this company. Also they claim to be a US company but it seems all the actual factories are overseas. My order is currently sitting in Singapore or so they say

I placed an order with this company for more than $98 on April 19, 2020. I have been mislead by multiple customer service representatives on the time frame in which I would receive my order. I asked for a cancelation and refund before it shipped. I was told that it had already shipped when I made this request and that the only way to refund was to ship it back. The package did not actually ship until several days later. I spoke with another representative early last month to find out where my order was, as there had been no updates in tracking. I was told it would arrive in about 6 days. It has been over a month since I was told this, and I have never received the goods that I ordered.

I am rejecting this response because: the covers, which I was assured would fit, after speaking with a representative to determine the correct size, did not fit. The covers also have a different pattern than what was advertised on their website. I did not receive anything that I can use.

This company is a complete scam and people should not waste their money ordering from here. It is advertised that you will received your product within 7-14 business days and I have waited 45 business days. I have contacted the company multiple times and they will not give me a refund because the package was shipped out. I have asked for a supervisor contact info and they just tell me they will try to track down my product and get back to me. I still have not heard back from that. They gave me a tracking number after my second complaint to follow up on, which I check quite a bit. The website changes the shipping date every 4 days and I still haven’t received it. You would think after 45 days, the company would be willing to help out their costumer but they are not. I wish I never ordered from this company.
An order for couch covers had been placed on April 26, 2020.
I received a tracking number and it shows that the item had come from China, but the last update shows that it was "handed over to the airline" on May 2, 2020, and it's currently June 9, 2020. No additional updates have been received and the company is refusing to offer a refund. It's been over 6 weeks with no product and no update past May 2nd.
I have attempted to contact the company multiple times, only to be met with assurances that the product will arrive, even though they have no details beyond May 2nd (5 weeks ago).
They say that I can ask for a refund "once the item arrives", but what if it never arrives?

I ordered a couch cover on 4/23/2020 and on 4/24/2020 my order was supposedly fulfilled and shipped. My card was charged. Today is 6/9/2020 and I still have not received my order. The customer service claims it was shipped through 4PX and their tracking was only updated until 5/16/2020. I have contacted the company many times and they have no updated Information to share as far as when I will get my order. They will not issue a refund either. They do not have a customer service number to call and claim to work out of Portland OR. At this point I just want a refund for an order I believe I will never get. I believe this company is a scam.

Even though the couch cover did not fit my couch as their dimensions stated I am not requesting a refund because at this point it would probably take a year for that to happen. I would still advise anyone who plans to shop with this company to be aware that it will take roughly 3 months to receive your goods and it may not be the size that the website suggests it is. This company should still be looked into for fraudulent information, especially since they claim they are an American company but their product ships from China! I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and find that this resolution is the best I will get.

I ordered couch covers from this company 4/5/2020. I have yet to receive them. I have contacted them through email and chat on several occasions. First they told me that they had to ship my purchase from China bc their warehouse in California was out of stock and to allow 10-20 business days. I have since found out that was a lie, they ship all orders from China. It has been well over 20 business days and the tracking number they provided, when tracked does not have any activity since 4/18/20. They cannot tell me where the item is and refuse to refund my money. Just now I was messaging with them and asked for their address for this complaint and they refused to give it to me. I found it on their website. Couchsavers.com. Which is also misleading, I felt comfortable ordering bc they had a USA address.

Last update on my order #*** was on May 02, 2020, stating it had been handed over to an airline for transport. There have been no further updates as of June 06, 2020. The company refuses to cancel the order or issue a refund.

I ordered a $50 product from this company in late April and still have not received any product. The tracking has not updated. I have reached out to the company numerous times, and they say the same thing- not apologetic in any matter and state “the item has been handed over by the airline”- the item is still showing in china. They will not offer any refund.

I placed an order on april 18th 2020 for 3 couch covers. I was told the order would take 10-15 business days and that the company was located in Portland, Oregon. I saw that it shipped from China, but still expected it within that time frame. That timeframes passed and I got in contact with couchsavers. I was told that because of the pandemic, shipping was taking longer than expected and it would be 18-20 business days. I'm still waiting for my items 7 weeks later. I've been back and forth with this company multiple times a week with no resolution. I keep receiving generic email messages about "being patient". I've asked multiple times for either a refund or for them to reship my items. Tracking hasn't been updated since May 10th. They have been no help whatsoever. I just want my money back at this point.

Also, they gave me a ridiculously hard time getting a refund and still ended up keeping over $40 because of a "restocking fee" and $25 shipping fee. Restocking fee should have been waived after making the customer wait over 10 weeks to receive the package ! Still unhappy with this business and will continue to tell my family and friends to avoid this business.
Stole my money as they never shipped me a product. No tracking numbers show anything.

I ordered 3 couch covers over a month ago from this website. It took
over a month for me to even receive my order, and in that time I did reach out many times to find out the status, and even to cancel since it was taking so long I no longer had interest in the item anyway. When it finally came, the covers were NOT as advertised, they did not even fit my small couch, which is smaller than the measurements provided on their website. I have reached out many times for a return and FULL refund since their website does claim a 100% money back guarantee. They claim to be an American company, but these products clearly came from china, and they also came in a GARBAGE BAG and it was covered in dust and other dirt. I am not paying to have it sent back to CHINA when they claim to be an american company. GIVE ME MY REFUND
