I ordered a couch cover on April 25 2020. Order was picked up courier on April 30 2020. The last update I received was on May 5 2020 when the package was received and departed from the local sorting center. After many attempts to speak with someone on the chat about the status of my order I have yet to be given any updated information. I would either like my couch cover ASAP or to have a refund at this point.

I ordered from the website on April 23, 2020 I’ve never received the order and every time I try to contact someone from the business they keep giving me the same generic message. We only do live chats and emails and every time I speak to the same person “Kim“. I ask about the tracking and the estimated delivery date and they always give me the same generic answer but I still have not received my order. It has been almost 2 months and I spent about $100 and ask for a refund or cancel my order and they will not.

This company is extremely deceptive. They promise a 100% money back guarantee if you are not satisfied. I have emailed the company at least 5 times with complaints and continually get a response from what appears to be a bot named Monica. When I placed the order I was not told that it would take over a month to receive. I was given incorrect tracking information. I complained for weeks until I finally got one that worked. It said the package was in another country (I was told explicitly that this was an American company in Portland via email) when the package did finally arrive it was a joke! We followed the sizing guide on the site and even sized up and the covers didn’t even come close to fitting. I emailed three times asking for a refund and have received 0 responses. I just want my money back. I have never had an experience this bad with a company.

I have attempted contact via the email address provided in this response on multiple occasions over the span of several months and have never received a single reply regarding a return. I have also reached out to live chat on multiple occasions and was told I would be contacted by an agent regarding my return at least four times. That has never happened. This is unacceptable to me.

Ordered over 6 weeks
No product ever arrived
They refuse to refund me.
Not from America
Very disappointed.

First of all it says this company is located in Portland Oregon. It took six weeks to get my product and it was shipped from China. The product that came to me was different than advertised on the site. And part of the product never even showed up at my house. I am still trying to get my full refund back from the company after returning all the products. I received an email stating that they refunded me for the products that never came. I have not gotten that refund yet. And again I sent everything back so I should be getting a full refund. Nothing! Not to mention I had to pay $21 to send it all back because the company will not pay for postage back to them!

We orders the couch saver because we wanted something nice to cover our couch. We were really excited when we saw that they were operated and owned in the United States but the package came from China. It was also said that it should take 24 days to get it to us and after 30 days past we still never received, we reached out to the company to ask where it was and they could not tell us any information. Luckily we still received the package. When we went to put the new covers onto our couch it went on fine, when we flipped the couch to inside to tie the strings provided we barely pulled on the string and it broke off. We paid $85 for a very cheaply made couch cover that broke the moment we tried to use it. Another thing they provided very flimsy foam liner’s that were to help keep the cover pushed down into the cracks of the couch. Within five minutes they already popped out of the cracks. They were not going to hold the couch covers to the couch if you were going to sit on it. It is really built for display only and not for an active family who uses their couch daily. When I reached out to report the broken products and the foam liners not working they offered to replace it or issue a 50% Refund. Because of how flimsy this product is and how we followed instructions to set it up and it broke, I requested a full refund. They stated that they could not do that unless I ship the materials back to China out of pocket. when I requested to leave a review of the product on their website they advised me to email them before the review was placed. I want to advise all customers who would purchase this product to not to and request from the business a full refund for the defective product that was sent to me.

The wind could have broke this it was made so poorly. I am asking for my money back due to the poor quality of the product.:

The company advertises as an American company, but the items are shipped from China. I ordered my product on April 6, 2020 and I have yet to receive my product. I have contacted the company 3 times now. The first time I contacted them on April 16th and they gave me shipping information, because it had been two weeks since my order, but the email received on April 6th said I would receive tracking info within 2-5 days when my shipment left the warehouse. The second time I asked for a specific day/time my order would be delivered because the tracking info is in Chinese. I did this on May 14th and was told it would arrive between May 15-18. It never arrived so I contacted the company again about a week ago and I said I wanted a full refund because it had been almost two months since ordering and I had yet to receive my product. I was told by the company that a full refund was not possible because the order had already shipped and I was only offered the same tracking info again. Each time I had been told to be patient due to Covid-19, yet I had ordered a product around the same time I ordered from this company, that was also shipped from China. That product was received within two weeks of shipment.

I placed my order on May 3rd 2020. The tracking info has not updated since May 10th 2020. I have messaged them several times for updates. They keep telling to wait a few more days. I wait I message them back and its a constant waiting game. I would just like to cancel my order and receive a refund which they will not do.

Ordered from Couchsavers on 4/17/2020. After about 2 weeks without receiving order or getting any tracking I formation I reached out to the company and they stated that due to Covid their shipping was taking longer than expected, which I understood and a couple days later saw some movement in the tracking information. Fast forward to May 12, the package apparently was handed to the airlines for shipment to the US. After 2 weeks, no change in status and I still haven’t received the order. I emailed them again and received no response, so I started a live chat and spoke with “Allison” and she stated that again due to Covid the shipping times would take longer than normal. I then decided that I no longer wanted the item because it appeared that I was never going to get it, so I asked for a full refund and she stated that she couldn’t because it had already shipped. I again demanded a refund and she said she’d at least check with the logistics company to see where the package is and send me an email back later that day. 2 days have passed and I still have not heard back from them, I went to the live chat again and they are ignoring any messages that I sent them.

Dear Representative,

I placed a Couchasavers order #*** for a Textured Couchsaver Beige x 1 couch cover totaling $51.99 charged to my American Express credit card on April 24, 2020. I emailed the merchant previously in mid-May and then again on 5/26/2020 about not having received my order. The merchant could not be contacted by phone as there is no answer or representative at the listed business phone number of (208) 640-9051, and the voice mailbox prompt at this number states that it is full. The tracking number sent to me via email for my order is ***. No updates have been provided to this tracking number since early May 2020, and the tracking information provided appears factitious.

Given it has been over a month since I placed this order, and I have not received the merchandise to date, I am requesting a refund of $51.99 to my American Express credit card on file. I have emailed this request to the merchant and attempted to contact them by phone to request a refund however I have not been able to reach anyone to resolve this issue.

I have attempted to Contact Couchsavers multiple times by both phone and email over the last 40 days. This Couchsavers company does not provide any contact for customer service, and has not responded to my emails submitted to date requesting a refund.

I had ordered my product and on April 14th, I got a confirmation that my order was processed. It has been almost 2 months and I still have not received my item. They do not have a phone number to call and talk to anyone, and everytime I chat with someone, I get the exact same answers, which is that it is on its way. 60 days is a long time to ship a product. I have asked several times for a refund and they keep telling me that they can't issue a refund after the order has been placed. Horrible customer service all the way around.

The website CouchSavers.com touts that they are located in Portland, OR, however, the product ships from Asia. The site also boasts a 10-20 business day deliveryin the US. I ordered from Couch Savers on April 14. The company advertises as an American company on their website based out of Portland, however when provided with a tracking number it shows the item as coming from China. When I inquired about this, I was told that they have a warehouse in California but my product was not in stock in the USA. I contacted the company to inquire as to the status of my order multiple times. I was always given the same vague tracking information available from their website. The last tracking status is from May 11 as "handed over to airline" (in China). I have requested a refund directly which has not been granted.

I never received my item. Item has been in transit for over 40 days. I have spoken with company associates twice- the first time in an email response on May 24th that said it would be here in a couple days. The second time on May 31st, through chat support, could not confirm I was getting my item. Couchsavers has not offered a delivery date or refund.

I placed an order for couch covers on April 19, 2020, have received an order confirmation and I have not received my product and it is now June 1, 2020. I have contacted this company through their customer service portal and they keep directing me towards their "track your order" link. There is no telephone number and no address for this company yet show their headquarters are in Portland Oregon. The latest update on the tracking shows that at 9:05 am on May 19, 2020, my order was handed over to Airlines. They refuse to give me any more information and refuse to issue a refund. I have demanded their physical address and their telephone number and they will not give it to me. I need this resolved please. I spent over $100.00 on their product.

I am rejecting this response because: this is not a resolution but an apology and an excuse and this is the common response I have been receiving and it is no longer acceptable. This company claims my package is with a courier and/or USPS, yet on the tracking, there are no details on specific location such as city, state or country. The last update to tracking was on May 19, 2020 which makes me feel, it is a fake tracking. I was told by Couch Savers that the estimated delivery date was June 4, 2020 - June 8, 2020 and it is now almost July. I placed my order on April 19, 2020.

I purchased a couch cover from Couchsavers on Apr 18 2020, my credit card was immediately charged, but the item was never dispatched to me, despite several emails sent to the company's customer service.

However, the refund Process was only Initiated after I placed a complaint with Revdex.com. Prior to that, couchsavers was refusing to process a 100% refund.

I ordered $109 worth of product, two covers for my couches, on April 8th. I have emailed them multiple times and they have responded with scripted responses that give no actual information. I have asked many times for my money back because I still haven’t received my products. I’ve asked to speak with management with no reply. I’ve submitted reviews on the site and they refuse to post them. Today is the 30th of May and the tracking information still states it is still “in route”. They said that the product was handed over to the airline on the 24th of April. The tracking information still states the product is in China, though they told me on the 24th of May it was in Los Angeles. They took my money and have rendered no product and I’m at a loss. I’ve tried resolving this with them but there has been no resolution. I just want my money back.

Many times I’ve live chatted on their website and they continually state that the most time it will take is 20 days to receive orders. Obviously that is false.

I ordered 3 covers from them 7 weeks ago and recieved a shipment notification 6 weeks ago, but the tracking number does not work and I have not recieved my package. It says it is being shipped from Singapore, even though the company claims to be based in Portland on their website. My credit card was charged as soon as I placed my order and I spent a month going back and forth with customer service trying to cancel my order or get a refund. They insisted that it was on its way and refused to refund me. They also appear to be deleting unfavorable reviews from their website.

I placed my order on April 19th and I still have not received my items. Company refuses to refund me without me returning the item, but the item was never delivered.

Ordered a product that is labeled as “Made in America” but is not. Ships from China and have received the runaround for over a month on tracking. Tracking will not update and no item in hand during “promised” time.

I am rejecting this response because: this item was ordered and promised within 10-20 days. It has been close to 2 months now. I’ve gotten the runaround over and over. I want my money refunded. The item processed through a facility that is 4 hours away from me 16 days ago and hasn’t updated again. This is beyond ridiculous.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. The company charges a 20% restocking fee, which results in about half of your total payment back. They charged $25 for “shipping” and allow me to keep a product that cannot be used because again, quality is horrible and it’s basically one big fitted bed sheet. Do not recommend doing business with this company as they have lied on multiple occasions and do not have a satisfaction guarantee policy like they claim.
