Was told my order shipped on April 25th, I have still not recieved. Was told I could not cancel or recieve a refund for the order since it already shipping. Tracking was also not provided for my order

This would be a zero star rating if I could, but unfortunately that is not allowed. This company is what I would call a sham and should not advertise their products as being American made. It comes from China so I'm assuming they are made there aswell. I ordered 2 couch covers almost 2 months ago and as of today. I still have not recieved them. The company will no return emails, they will not answer my questions directly, and will not give a phone number to contact the company. When you email, they give you a cookie cutter reply with a link for tracking the product. Buyer beware.
Ordered product a month ago and still nothing! Keep changing the shipping date and won’t refund money bc “it shipped”! Are they just mailing it all over the world over and over?! Bad business!
I ordered 2 couch covers from couch savers.com on April 24th. It’s been a month since I have seen any shipping changes. It says it was handed over to airline and I received and email after multiple attempts to contact them that said that my package was being shipped from an internAtional warehouse. When it’s advertised that everything is made in the USA. I RECIEVED AND WMAIL THAT SAID DUE TO COVID SHIPPING WAS TAKING LONGER BUT I HAVENT RECIEVED AN ACTUAL REAPONSE ON WHEN MY PCKAGE WILL BE COMING. They charged my card as soon as I made the order.

This company is a scam. I placed my order on April 3 and have yet to receive it. Every time I email them about my order I always get the same generic response with the link to track my package. There has been no movement on my package since May 1. Also, it would be nice to know prior to purchase that my package is being shipped from China. How is it possible for a package to take 2 months to arrive.

I order my product from this company about 23 days ago and never received the product. I contacted them via email and they have been unable to tell me where my product is. They claim it has been shipped but have been unable to provide me with a valid tracking number and exactly what company the item has been shipped thru. They have some a tracking number on thei r site but it appears to be for their internal system. There is no record of this package thru ***, *** or any other shipping company despite the fact that it claims to have been shipped. I want a refund as this appears to be a fraudulent site

I ordered from couch savers on April 15. The company advertises as an American company on their website, however when provided with a tracking number it shows the item as coming from China. I contacted the company to cancel my order as it would take too long and I needed the item sooner. I was told no I could not cancel and would need to wait for the package. Once the package arrived I could apply for a return and refund. At this point, I just want my money back. There’s countless reviews stating the same thing online.

I placed an order almost 2 months ago and have not received my product. The company continues to send me emails stating that my order will arrive in a couple days. They’ve been saying that for weeks. They also send me a link to track my order and the link goes no where. When I try to track my order it says it’s in Singapore and the tracking number is not available. And also before I placed my order I specifically asked where the product would be made and shipped from and I was told it would come from California. I made it very clear that I would not order if my product had any involvement with China because I will no longer support companies that China profits from and I was assured it would come from California and I was told my order would arrive within 10-20 days. Now after I placed an order and waited for such a long period do I find out that it’s coming from China. Their explanation is that they used the shipping facility that would process the order the quickest. And again it’s been almost 2 months. So I was lied to in order to get the sale and now I continue to get the runaround. I will put in my resolution delivery of product but a refund will also work

Placed an order for 2 items back on 4/14/20. Order #***. Our credit card was charged on this date as well for $69.98. The company website says items will deliver in 10-20 business days. We have yet to receive the items ordered. Attempted to resolve the issue with the company's online customer service late last week by requesting the cancellation of the order and a refund since the delivery window has been far exceeded. The company rep refused to cancel the order and process a refund

They keep saying someone 'higher' is looking into but never receive an update. I have asked for a refund several time and they refuse.

I placed an order on May 2, 2020 with the understand that this company was based out of the United States. I received a tracking number for my order, so I expected it to be coming within a week or two. When I track my order on the couch savers website it says it is leaving origin country, and that was on May 10. I emailed the customer service email, because I was under the impression that these products were coming from the US. I was told that they have multiple shipping facilities and the things I ordered were being shipped from Asia. I contacted them back and told them I feel that their website is false advertising their products because it says that they are based out of Oregon. I requested to get a refund of my money and I was told that was impossible since the order had already been shipped. My tracking number has been saying the same thing since May 10, and it is now May 26. I am very frustrated and at this point I honestly want my money back and I don't want anyone to order from this company, because of all the things I've mentioned above.

I believe you will find that this company is taking people's money during a time of financial hardship and not sending the product. This company's address changes each time you search it, and I do not believe that the address you have is accurate. I ordered a couch cover on April 28th due to the fact that I was unable to purchase a new couch. Financially it would work better for me to purchase the couch cover. I have repeatedly tried to contact the company only to be referred to an online chat where a person sends me a screenshot saying my item is in transit which I believe is a lie. This company needs to be stopped from taking innocent people's money who never receive their product. I would like to receive what I paid for.

It is now June 2nd and I still have not received my couch cover that I paid for. Per the response the company should compensate me due to not receiving my product in a timely manner. I am concerned the company may not follow through with financial reimbursement.

I ordered 2 of the 3 seater couch covers, as well as 12 pillow covers on April 19,2020. I checked the tracking info, and it stated that my items shipped on April 26, 2020. Here we are now May 26, and I still don’t have my items. I have contacted the company via their chat feature on at least 4 occasions, only to receive vague information and false promises that my items shipped. I was first told that due to covid, that the courier returned my items, and that they were being shipped via a different courier and would arrive in 10-14 days. When they didn’t arrive, I contacted them again, and received the same info. When I contacted them again I was told that they were sorry, that they couldn’t refund any portion of my order, that they were being reshipped, and they would offer me a discount on future orders for my trouble. I was also told I would receive a new email with shipping info to track my order. All I received was another email with the old shipping info that hasn’t been updated since it said things shipped on April 26. I tried to contact them again today, but the company now says it’s chat feature is “offline” due to a large volume of emails and covid. I am very frustrated, and would like for the company to actually send my items or refund me the $224.90 that the company already charged my card back in mid-April.

I purchased these couch covers and got an assistant help for sizing I received my product from Korean when they told me they were a US business. I asked her before purchasing if they do not fit can I send them back for a full refund. They told me yes with original packaging. I received them and they were far too small. I sent my package back and paid for a return. They received my package a week ago and will not issue me a refund. So now they’ve kept my money and I no longer have the product

We ordered a pair of couch covers on April 23, 2020. We selected the standard shipping, which was free and were under the impression that our covers would arrive within ten business days. After hearing or receiving nothing for around two weeks we decided to track our order and found that it was still processing. At discovering this we contacted the business, which can only be contacted through email or direct message through their website which is a frustration when trying to solve a problem because of having to wait or a lack of communication. We were sent a message that due to COVID-19 and delivery problems they changed their standard shipping carrier and to expect the product in ten to twenty business days. Well, the ten days had come and gone so we waited for the twenty days and heard nothing. Finally, on May 24, thirty one days later, we received an email that our order was fulfilled, but when tracking the items it shows it is only halfway through the delivery process and waiting for an airline to pick up. We again contacted the company and they sent the same COVID-19 delivery message after speaking more just basically said there is nothing they can do. They are very short with their responses and generally seem to care less about helping. The other thing is that they charge and receive their payment before the product has even been fulfilled which is pretty bad. They receive their payment immediately and the customer has to wait way beyond the promised time for delivery of the product which is unacceptable. We understand the problems that COVID-19 has created, but it is up to the company to communicate this to their customers not wait for a complaint or the customer to contact them. Their website says nothing about there being any sort of delay with their standard shipping.

I am rejecting this response because: Their shipping details and times do not match up to what their website says when tracking the order. This is very confusing. Plus the tracking number they give we were unable to track because we have no knowledge of who it is being shipped through. Here is what we were sent from the company as far as the tracking information (What the company sent is on top and what their website shows for the tracking is underneath). We would like an explanation why there is a discrepancy between what the company says are the tracking details and what their website shows. Also, if everything is as they show we should have receive the package a long time ago as it has almost been a month. Something is not adding up. Our order, as the website shows has been in transit since May 15 and is not even out for delivery. We want the company to contact the courier and do whatever is necessary to speed up the delivery process.

I am rejecting this response because: The response does not make sense. According to the package tracking, we received in the last message, the status has not changed since May 12 or more than a month. Also, these a two couch covers how much could they possibly weigh? So how does a weight restriction come into play for them? It seems to me that there is a problem with the courier being used for the free shipping. Right around the time we ordered there was a change in the courier. Why should the customer suffer for this? If shipping charges are a problem then inform the customer and work it out another way. If you product is as good as you say then charging for shipping to deliver in a timely manner will not be problem for your customers. I am a business owner myself and know the importance of delivering a quality product and satisfying customers. For me this is unacceptable.

Ordered April 28. Order was "shipped" April 29. It is now May 26 and I have nothing to show for the $80 I spent. Contacted the company and told them I wanted a refund, but they refused to refund me since the package was "shipped" from China (even though they claim to be in Portland, OR). Since it apparently "shipped" it's been in and out of the same processing facility and the delivery date is constantly pushed back.

I am rejecting this response because: The claim you have made here that the package is delayed due to shipping restrictions is different than the excuse I received from a customer service representative over email. Further more, when I track the package through the Parcels App, as suggested on your website, it shows completely different information from what you have stated. The package has not shown any movement in 10 business days, since May 13.

I have asked for a refund a dozen times and am constantly denied because “the package is still on its way”. It’s very clearly not on its way. USPS doesn’t have any information on it either. On 4/17/20 placed an order for slip overs from this company very quickly the money was charged to my account and I was notified the items shipped. Over a month later I still have no slip overs, after numerous emails asking for a refund or cancellation they advised they couldn’t as my items were in transit. Tracking shows my items have been sitting in Hong Kong although their customer service tells me they are moving through shipping facilities. I just want my money back I don’t even want this product and I don’t know how to go about this since they say I have to return the items in order to get a refund, but I can’t even obtain the items in the first place!
