If you call this company to perform maintenance service on your system, you can be pretty sure the company is not going to be satisfied with just that. The technician who comes to your house will try to find every possible way to sell you additional services worth hundreds of dollars. The tactics will include making threats that your system is in such bad shape that it will stop running completely if you don't buy the recommended services. I have lived in my home for 26 years and replaced the heating system seven years ago, the same year that I had a new heat pump installed in a rental property. I contacted the company to set up service at both homes. Again, each system is only seven years old. Still, the intense upselling was a major part of the experience. My husband accepted the terms without getting a second opinion. I would suggest if you work with this company that you inform the technician upon arrival that you will get a second opinion for any work recommended outside the routine. In the 26 years that I lived in my house we had service contracts with several different companies. None was as bad as this one, even as our old system reached beyond 20 years in age. This company is after your money, in my opinion, and plenty of it. We'll see how long the work holds up.
Mike D[redacted] came to our home to repair the air conditioning unit. He did so in a prompt manner, was very professional, thorough and courteous. He is a good representative for Morris Jenkins.
Michael B[redacted] arrived at my home at 8pm on a very hot and humid evening. He was helpful, polite, professional, and pleasant. He did a complete inspection of my A/C Unit inside and outside. He located the leak , took pictures and than took the time to explain what was happening with the unit. My experience with Michael B[redacted] and Morris Jenkins has been oust standing. Excellent experience.
Morris-Jenkins technician xxxxx did an outstanding job resolving an issue with my newly installed A/C. I called about the issue at 6:30pm and xxxxx was there at 8:00pm with the problem resolved in a couple of hours. The A/C is functioning perfectly now. A very good experience. Thanks xxxxx!

My heating PM was just completed by technician xxxxx. It was done in a timely manner and quite professionally. I was told my unit was operating safely and was not in any need of a repair. He changed out my filters and spent time educating me on the importance of replacing my smoke and CO2 detectors as they are coming up on 10 years old. At no time did he try to sell me anything and was more intent on letting me know how to better safeguard my family.
The service that MJ technician xxxxx gave me in xxxxx, NC on 8-25-15 was excellent. Everything was explained to me and my a/c was up and running again within an hour. He arrived on time and was very professional in every way. The only downside to this appointment was Morris-Jenkins was not able to get me "cool air tonight" per their advertised "till midnight hours." I called around 6 pm on 8-24-15 the night before and the first appointment they had was 8 am the next morning.
Our technician was prompt, knowledgeable and courteous. He explained in lay mans terms what he did and what he suggest we do with our system in the future.
On 3/9/16 Morris-Jenkins tech [redacted] performed annual check on my two air conditioning systems. He was polite, efficient and explained in detail the results. My entire experience with scheduling, courtesy calls, actual work and follow-up e-mail inspection results was great. I would recommend Morris-Jenkins.

During 90 degree ++ xxxxx went the extra mile buy doing a short term fix on my AC until total system could be replaced 2 days later. Professional and pleasant.
