Morris-Jenkins sent service technician Jarrett F[redacted] to assist with my air conditioner service. Due to a storm, my air conditioner was not working. Jarrett was an exceptional technician. He was prompt with his arrival time. He assisted with the issues and also was courtesy with explaining exactly what was going on with my system. He was extremely knowledgeable concerning the A/C unit. He was very friendly, polite, and energetic. I am very pleased with the wok he performed and if I ever need services again, I hope I can request him to return.
Called them at 6:30am when I woke up to find our A/C had gone out...highs in the mid 90's expected for the day. They had someone out by 9:30a, diagnosed the problem, and had it fixed by noontime.
They may not be the cheapest you can find, but they certainly know their business and how to treat customers.

He spent another hour trying to figure out what was wrong with our air conditioning unit. He was able to determine the issue and ordered the replacement part. He already set up an appointment to finish the repair.
