I received a furnace safety check today by [redacted] with Morris Jenkins. He was very personable & friendly, very courteous, very informative, and provided great service with his knowledge.
I have to report FANTASTIC!!!! service. Today I had a visit from a Morris Jenkins Service Technician by the name of [redacted] he was amazing! Not only was his service professional and thorough he went the extra mile to explain the condition of my upper and lower AC units relating to air supply and return, and they are running at optimal performance!
The Heating units were inspected as well, and he explained some safety features that are built into the units, this was very good to know and I appreciate it very much. It is one thing to provide a service, it is another when you are very knowledgeable of your work and [redacted] is just that! May I say to [redacted]'s management team, clone him so you have more qualified Technicians representing Morris Jenkins as [redacted] does!
Mr. [redacted] the service technician from Morris Jenkins, that gave our HVAC system it's seasonal checkup was excellent. Mr. Wilson arrived on time and explained everything he was doing while working on our unit. He was very courteous, focused and answered all my questions. I feel confident in Morris Jenkins work and their technician's abilities.
I was very pleased with the knowledge and expertise of the technicians at M-J. They were well presented, on time and willing to answer any questions I had. I recently relocated to the Greater Charlotte area after living in Ct. for 50 years. There I knew all the service providers and trusted them. I made the mistake of going to another heating company at first and learned the hated costly way that not all business have integrity . I feel comfortable as a new customer and I hope to be a customer for life.
We had problem with a/c and we thought about Morris-Jenkins as we remembered seeing their Ad.
The tech was here within 2 hrs and took care of everything. Most importantly Rik W, explained the problem in detail and how we could take care of the unit in the future. Customer service is really 5 star.
More than problem being taken care of, the fact that we learned something was very valuable.

Daniel B[redacted], Adrian F[redacted], Tony S[redacted], Samuel P[redacted], Sam B[redacted], and Cheyenne (last name unknown) were the Morris-Jenkins team members that replaced our old galvanized pipes with PEX tubing inside our house, installed a pressure reducing valve, and replaced the galvanized pipe leading from the city meter box to our house with PEX tubing. The team installed an air emittance valve, 3 inch drain, and water supply lines so that we can relocate our washer/dryer. The jungle gym under our house has been replaced with PEX tightly secured to the floor joists. We now have a water cut-off inside our house. Previously, we had to go to the street to cut off the water. Our hose bibs outside have been replaced with frost proof faucets. We are extremely pleased with the all-encompassing system that the team created. All of the team members worked hard and efficiently, were professional, friendly, well-mannered, highly skilled in their performance, and attentive to the cleanup afterward. Each of the team members is a testament to the management of Morris-Jenkins and their efforts to provide exceptional service to their customers.

It was close to 100 degrees outside and they worked diligently the whole time. xxxxx gave us periodic updates and assured us that the air would be on shortly. He also called to let us know he was on his way which is more than most companies do. I think that a company is a reflection of its employees; therefore I would recommend Morris Jenkins.

[redacted] has visited our residence several times, and we are always impressed with his high level of customer service, courteousness, and expertise with HVAC systems. During his visit this week, he made us aware of two non-HVAC hazards; he advised on the damp area in the crawl space as a result of a plumbing leak, and the dryer vent malfunction in the attic.
His visit before, [redacted] repaired the broken latch on the outside crawl space door, to make it easier to access the area, and to help us as well, without taking credit for it.
I would highly recommend [redacted], and Morris-Jenkins, on any HVAC issue.
xxxxx was great. He serviced my home's AC system very efficiently, cleanly and was extremely personable. Coupled with the little blue shoe-slippers, his practical service and maintenance recommendations on my AC equipment demonstrate to me that he takes pride in his work and cares about his customers' home and HVAC System. The detailed review of my system's output values also illustrates that xxxxx is a technician that is knowledgeable and experienced.
Technicians of all practices could learn a few things from xxxxx. If I were his manager, I would award him with a salary increase, a reserved parking spot at the office (close to the entrance) as well as extra PTO and maybe a plaque of recognition.
In summary, I was impressed by the level of service, professionalism (cleverly coupled with humor), and efficiency on today's service visit.
