We were having trouble with our water heater so we contacted Morris-Jenkins and xxxxx came out in no time !!! After checking everything out xxxxx explained what needed to happen and also which would be the best route to go. xxxxx also explained the new water heater policy and answered all the questions my wife and I had. xxxxx. just completed a routine service on my AC system, a system I've had some problems with in the past. His professional demeanor and rationale solution oriented approach influenced me to proactively fix the nagging AC issues I had today rather than continue to throw away money.
He fixed a deteriorating capacitor and cleaned the system. He then explained an ongoing challenge I had with an evaporator coil, one I had recently refilled with refrigerant, and motivated me to address the problem immediately.
I contacted Morris Jenkins and received a discount on the repair and credit for the refrigerant already used bringing my overall repair cost down to a reasonable level.

We arranged to a sales person to come and talk to us the next day (on a weekend) and expect to do business with MJ. He explained the work to be done, described the water heater and what improvements would be made to bring everything up to code. The installation was completed quickly, any mess totally cleaned up before lunch. Hot Water restored! The quoted price was the final price no up selling or surprise add ons. After the work work was completed a supervisor came to inspect that work was done correctly. The employees were very professional and polite. I highly recommend them

I recently had a gas hot water heater installed with a circulating pump. After the work was done. the shift supervisor came after the installers left to do a final review. He found some adjustments that needed to take place in order to be in compliance with all the codes: Distance between the stack and adjacent wall board, and the correct length for a safety pipe interface.
In addition, I had mentioned how the electric circuit seemed faulty at times prior to the work done. He took the time to confirm that the Morris Jenkins work was done correctly, which I had not doubt about. And then proceed to check other outlets to issues. He narrowed down the problem to elsewhere, which I noted. The extra effort to address my need is very appreciated. I had that work done by an electrician soon afterwards.
I am very pleased with the customer service I received and my confidence level is very high that all the work was done properly.
