Our AC system needed a repair and xxxxx had us back up and running in a matter of a few hours, which I thought was great for the job that needed to be done. Morris Jenkins Service Tech xxxxx arrived on time, was friendly and professional. He established a good rapport and did not try to oversell unnecessary parts or services. The repair was done efficiently. The whole experience was painless. Repair was to our 2nd floor A/C.

He was quick and courteous, explained his procedures, and gave several options to resolve an issue he discovered. I believe Mr. B. presented everything honestly, and I look forward to continued business with Morris-Jenkins.

Being a preferred customer, I didn't expect to be given an appointment 8 days after reporting a water leak. The tech couldn't find the leak so another company was called who found the leak and repaired. The t e ch added 1lb of Freon for $213 . Most of the time your techs recommended a " repair" of $400 .I cancelled my contract with MG saving $466 a year. Good buy. You may be there till midnight but not for your preferred customers.

air conditioning system for the spring and summer. During the years that we've been a customer of MJ [redacted] was the most thorough of all the different techs that have come to our home.
I have requested that he be the only tech who comes to our homes for future twice yearly check ups.
[redacted] was very pleasant and performed the work in a very professional manner.
Today, [redacted] from Morris Jenkins visited to complete my spring maintenance check on my HVAC unit. Although running a few minutes behind my scheduled window, the dispatch office was certain to call me to let me know. No worries there. [redacted] arrived, friendly, professional as you can always depend on Morris Jenkins techs to be. He introduced himself, explained what he would be doing, asked if I had any concerns and went to work. Slightly over an hour later he was done. He said everything checked out and left the work area nice and clean. Excellent service all around and greatly appreciated! Thank you [redacted] and Morris Jenkins.

He performed the Spring Check-up of the Air Conditioner part of our Gas-Pack System, as well as replaced our filter and checked our water heater. We made him aware of a terrible noise the system made every time the Gas Pack came on, whether it was the heat or the air conditioner. The system had made this noise for several years. He took the time to find a friction fitted part of the return duct that moved when the unit was on. Two screws and some aluminum tape totally removed the noise. He is an employee that goes the extra mile to find the solution to a problem. Although we have been very happy with all of the Morris Jenkins service technicians, it is Pete S. that we would like to have work on our system from now on, because he listened to us, identified the source of the noise problem, and resolved the noise problem.

Craig D from Morris-Jenkins came out on Sunday afternoon to service our AC unit, which was not functioning. He called before he arrived and quickly got to work diagnosing our problem. He found two capacitors that had gone bad, gave me a quote for what the costs would be, and then made the necessary repairs quickly. He was polite, knowledgeable and professional and now we have air conditioning again! Excellent experience.
Morris Jenkins was phenomenal, from the customer service [redacted] to the technician [redacted] who came out to repair. I'll will use the, again in the future for any ac or heating problems. I was able to get an schedules estimated appointment same day. Very professional and throughly made sure I understood what the problem was and able to fix the problem the same day. Best decision I made, I recommend Morris Jenkins to everyone, they fix other company mistakes and affordable prices.
