My wife and I have used Morris-Jenkins for several years now to service our HVAC units. We have service agreements that provide for twice-a-year preseason heating and cooling inspections and routine maintenance. Their technicians are always very prompt, friendly, courteous, and competent. "xxxxx" (xxxxx), who just performed my pre-summer inspection and maintenance, was no exception to the rule. He was a pleasure to deal with.
I have been using Morris-Jenkins for 2.5 years now since moving to the area. I have always gotten very good service from their Customer Service department, and the technicians always call prior to arriving to do work.
On this occasion, I had a new gas hot water heater installed, as well as a circulation pump that is on a built in timer. Since the hot water heater is at the opposite end of the household, hot water took a long time to get to the master bath. It was a waste of water and time. Now I can get immediate hot water during the times I wish it.
The install went perfect, I was shown how to operate the timer and I felt I got value out of the transaction. Don't let the crazy commercials fool you . . . that's a way to get your attention. But once you get Morris-Jenkins service . . . you'll be happy.
[redacted] informed me of future problems to look out for and explained everything very well. He was on time and very courteous. Thank you for coming out on Saturday.
Chris did a wonderful job explaining everything to us. He tried all different scenarios to make sure he knew the source of the issue. He was professional,knowledgeable, and friendly.
Morris Jenkins Technicians are excellent. [redacted] serviced my A/C unit on Sunday, did a great job making sure my unit is in tip top shape to ensure long term life of the unit.

Excellent and very timely service. Tech xxxxx did an great job troubleshooting to try to find the problem - even showed me where to find the trouble codes and how to read them to better diagnose the issue if it should happen again.
Being a priority advantage customer for years, we have once again been treated to beautiful and professional service from MJ. xxxxx was great. While there was an issue with a board during the course of his visit, he handled the situation with a professional and appropriate fashion - we could not have been more pleased. What a great group to work with, always.
