I have been using Morris-Jenkins for 2.5 years now since moving to the area. I have always gotten very good service from their Customer Service department, and the technicians always call prior to arriving to do work.
On this occasion, I had a new gas hot water heater installed, as well as a circulation pump that is on a built in timer. Since the hot water heater is at the opposite end of the household, hot water took a long time to get to the master bath. It was a waste of water and time. Now I can get immediate hot water during the times I wish it.
The install went perfect, I was shown how to operate the timer and I felt I got value out of the transaction. Don't let the crazy commercials fool you . . . that's a way to get your attention. But once you get Morris-Jenkins service . . . you'll be happy.

Not only was he very attentive when servicing the units, but he actually took the time to explain in detail the concerns that were found. I would for sure recommend this company based off of customer service alone! xxxxx is for sure an asset.

[redacted] is my current technician and has been out at least 5 times for the semiannual check of my units. He very personable and knows his trade. He tells me if there are any problems and things which will need attention in the future. He is a good man working for a good company.

Pat completed our fall inspection service with the usual courtesy and efficiency for which Morries Jenkins is known. A follow up service will be scheduled to deal with a issue that requires attention. This is why the twice per year inspection service is valuable to resolve issues before they become major and potentially expensive problems. I have recommeded Morris Jenkins and their excellent service tecnicians to neighbors and friends and will continue to do so.
