We were having a problem with the air conditioner in our upstairs.We called Morris Jenkins after hours and they were able to get someone out to us the first thing the next morning. Our service rep was very pleasant and efficient. He found the problem and was able to fix it and replaced the part and it was all under warranty.
Service Technician Jarrett F[redacted] arrived in the scheduled time frame. He presented himself in a thoroughly positive, professional, and personable manner.
He sought information from me about the HVAC failure, did an overview of the installed system, and proceeded to the physical evaluation of the failure. He explained what he was doing (and why) and quickly determined the fault ( a broken refrigerant line). He explained the option to repair and the cost thereof, and, considering the age of the installed unit, explained replacement options. I opted to go with the replacement of the system. He at once arranged for a residential specialist to respond to the scene (which occurred shortly thereafter).
Jarrett is an outstanding representative of Morris-Jenkins.
We have been pleased with the friendly, professional manner that all the techs we have met have shown. From the install guys to the maintenance guys to our latest tech, xxxxx who corrected a minor glitch for us. We would definitely recommend these folks to our friends.

On 17 September Morris-Jenkins service technician Jarrett had responded to repair my malfunctioning heat pump. In the process he discovered a fault that in his opinion would not be long-term effective given the cost of the repair and the age of the unit.
After discussing the situation with me, he put in a call for a residential specialist to respond. Shortly John R arrived. He studied the existing heat pump installation interior and exterior, advised me as to the various systems available to replace it, and together we decided on what my best option was. He then made the appropriate arrangements for the installation of a new system. Throughout the process he was professional and personable, and patient in answering the questions I had.
Called morris-jenkins as a "second opinion" after a service call with another company. Technician xxxxx arrived five minutes early and began going over a/c unit. He determined the fan motor was bad by physically checking the motor rather a visual inspection. He continued with the service call and found no other problems at this time. he also cleaned the coils on the unit which was not done by the other company. He explained what he was doing and why on every step, and was efficient and friendly throughout. I would recommend Morris-Jenkins and especially xxxxx for your a/c service. 6/20/15
Our heater went out yesterday so I called Morris-Jenkins to check it out. I got a same day appointment AND a phone call when the rep was on the way. xxxxx. came and ran diagnostics on our heater and replaced a broken part. He was very professional and courteous. He also let me know how much the repair was going to be prior to making any repairs. I would definitely recommend Morris Jenkins and will use them if needed in the future.
This is the second service call/purchase we have had with Morris Jenkins. WHAT A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!!

Morris-Jenkins is the best. My Air conditioning unit went out. After a call to Morris-Jenkins they sent out xxxxx. He arrived in less than 30 minutes. In about 15 or 20 minutes We had cool air in our house. He even sang the song! He's a great tech working for a great company. I highly recommend them.
xxxxx was the technician who came out to our home. He was very professional,on time,and went betond the call of duty in servicing our gaspac. We will certainly be staying as a Morris-Jenkins customer hopefully for a long time.
