My service technician was xxxxx. He was punctual, professionally dressed, and respectful. I appreciated xxxxx thorough knowledge of the system as well as his complete honesty as it pertains to my unit coupled with my options. Most importantly, he was not pushy as it pertains to attempting to sell a unit, getting the customer to sign up for promotional plans, or other services. xxxxx listened to my current situation, what my plans were,and when I planned on taking action. Once he heard my plan, he then provided options that would support my plan. I really enjoyed the service I received from xxxxx and would highly recommend him to anyone.
Morris-Jenkins was responsive (sending a technician 8am the morning after we called). The technician (xxxxx.) was able to immediately resolve our issue, and provided transparency to the fees and details of the cause and solution to our problem. Upon my request (not an attempt to push additional services) the technician inspected our other Heating/Cooling systems and identified several issues I suspected existed due to the inefficiencies of our system (high energy bills). He provided a detailed analysis of the issues (including pictures), options and recommendations. I felt I was treated honestly, by a knowledgeable professional, I didn't feel I was being "sold" anything, and I would happily recommend their services to anyone in need.
xxxxx serviced my a/c unit & did an excellant job. He was on-time, very professional, gave me feedback on my unit's condition and pleasant to do business with.
Michael was very professional and took the time out to explain each step he was going to do; In addition, he also explained what I should expected out of the reading, test, and result prior to doing them so I was able to understand good result as well a bad result. I felt comfortable with this because I was reassured that he was being honest and not trying to get over on me. Michael gave me further recommendation to help me prolong the life of my AC unit which made me glad to become a member knowing they valued customers and not trying to make a quick sale.

Just wanted to take a moment to thank all of the Morris-Jenkins staff that have worked with me / helped me during my transition of purchasing a new unit in October. Nick B[redacted] did apparently a great job getting me to sign for a new unit. The crew that followed (sorry, can not remember their names = which should be alright considering that I had just made a HUGE investment ;-) the next day with the installation were amazing! Not only did they come in, get the old unit out & the new one in, they also made me feel very comfortable having them (strangers) in my house - very friendly, very personable, and very customer service! Then to my surprise Nick came back at the end of the day to make sure that it was installed, that I was alright with the product & service, and left his card if I ever had any trouble! and then...YES, there's more!!!!
xxxxx just left my condo (11:45pm on Wednesday, 6/15) after working on my rooftop A/C unit for almost 3 hours and he just SAVED me over $600 with his honesty! This is the third visit from Morris-Jenkins' service technicians. About two weeks ago I had called M-J and signed up for their annual membership to service my A/C and heater. The first technician came and changed out the capacitor. The A/C worked great for about two weeks until it stopped working. Yesterday, a second technician came and told me that the motor needed to be replaced but he could not do it because it was raining rather heavily. He did all he could and said someone would come by today to fix the motor.
Then came xxxxx. He was working quietly on the roof and had to go back to the store to get a new motor as he did not have the right one in his truck. When he came back with the motor, he said that the incorrect capacitor was installed which could have resulted in the motor working overtime and resulting in its malfunction. So that's when he told me that I would not be charged for today's service call because M-J had installed the wrong part which could have resulted in the motor to stop working.
I was ready to pay the $600 charge because let's face it, summer in this city without A/C can be unbearable, but THANKS to xxxxx honesty, it cost me nothing. This a great testament to his character and work ethics and to Morris-Jenkins' company culture which gives such autonomy to its employees to make a judgement call like this.

xxxxx called about 30 minutes before arrival to confirm he was on his way (wish everyone did this!). He was courteous and professional, always using the foot coverings before entering my home (again, wish everyone did this!). He serviced the heat pump, taking his time to do it right (only been serviced twice before by other company and they didn't clean the coils the last time even though it was a preventive maintenance visit). He took the time to explain about the inner coil's build-up of dirt/mold, showing me a photo he took with his phone. I opted for the extra cleaning and he later showed me the 'after' photo. (next time I'll ask to actually see the coils myself but I trusted him as he worked two hours in about 98 degree heat - someone who was being dishonest would have pretended to do the work and done it in a hurry). Overall, I am very happy to now be a Priority Advantage customer with Morris Jenkins.
