He took time to explain to us details about our systems and provided us with good feedback and offered top notch suggestions to ensure our systems continue to serve us well. I had recently ask for him to be our personal technician because months before he had come out to do another inspection and while checking everything the motor stopped working. He told us he could not figure out if it was something he and the guy in training had cause or if it just quit. They replaced it free that day. After scheduling other appointments I learned that I could request [redacted] to be my only tech. I've had several techs here over the 11 years we've been with MJ but knowing that he could have told us that the motor just quit and charged us but didn't proved that he was a honest person. He is also a great guy and I trust him in my home even if I need to leave. I have never had anything bad to say about MJ or anyone on their start!! This is a great company!!!!
Morris Jenkins came on a Monday after a Saturday call. They arrived on the early side of the window they scheduled. xxxxx was very courteous and professional. He quickly diagnosed the issue, fixed, explained the entire situation and was on his way. He wore protective shoe coverings in the house and was thorough in his communication. the company is on the expensive side and their service meets the expectations set by a higher price.
Chris C[redacted] was sent to my home to finish a complicated install. He was thorough, courteous, professional and VERY respectful of my home. I have been a solid customer of Morris-Jenkins for 12+ years, Chris easily lived up to the obvious tenants Morris-Jenkins expects their employed representatives to conduct themselves by when canvassing their customer base. I have had 2 service technicians come to my home in the last 3 months. Their names are xxxxx and xxxxx. Both of these men have been the most courteous and friendly technician I have ever had. They seemed very knowledgeable in their jobs. Morris Jenkins even sent technicians out on a Sunday to replace my hot water tank. I have nothing to say about Morris Jenkins except that they are great and I will always do my heat, air, and water heater with them. I would give them an A+.
