I got a same day appointment AND a phone call when the rep was on the way. xxxxx. came and ran diagnostics on our heater and replaced a broken part. He was very professional and courteous. He also let me know how much the repair was going to be prior to making any repairs. I would definitely recommend Morris Jenkins and will use them if needed in the future.

Morris-Jenkins is the best. My Air conditioning unit went out. After a call to Morris-Jenkins they sent out xxxxx. He arrived in less than 30 minutes. In about 15 or 20 minutes We had cool air in our house. He even sang the song! He's a great tech working for a great company. I highly recommend them.

I had my annual spring cleaning done this year by [redacted] He was completely professional and even replaced a battery in a smoke detector that had started going off that morning and my air filter. [redacted] is a great representative for Morris Jenkins!!

Morris Jenkins diagnosed a third party error that would literally have cost us thousands to repair our heat pump. Being somewhat technical, I believe fewer than 50 percent of companies could have diagnosed and then explained the impact of the error the way their service technician Pat and service manager Randy did. And I'm certain fewer than ten percent of those would have been willing to stand by me the way they did until the third party took responsibility. Had it not been for that and their system expertise that would not have happened. We are enormously grateful. Some reviews suggest Morris Jenkins is expensive. Maybe so but you truly get what you pay for - in our case superlative knowledge, integrity and support that was worth every penny.

From John, who came out to diagnose problem, to Martin, who sold me the system and was able to get me approved with 0% financing (HUGE), to Chris and Keith, who installed my system, to whoever is their supervisor (can't remember)...your service and advice and installation has been superlative. [redacted] came out to service our unit and get us ready for summer conditions. He called and let me know when he would be here which was helpful. Ask us questions about unit and how it was working since installed. He checked out all duct work to make sure everything still in place. Serviced unit cleaned off phenomenal air stingers as well as changing media filter. checked refrigerant was good cleaned unit and checked fan for tightness. Checked to make sure unit still level just a little settling so he made note to keep watch in case have to make any adjustments later. was very courteous and explained everything he did or any questions we asked.
xxxxx was very polite, understanding, listened to what I had to say. He did a professional job, wore his bootie and left no mess behind. He really made a good impression. AWESOME
