[redacted] I can see that the item Mr [redacted] ordered through www.CarID.com was incorrectThis is an easy fix - I can send a replacement to fit the passenger sideHe ordered for a fold flat passenger seat and per his description, he does not have thisA fold flat seat means that passenger backrest will fold forward (toward the dashboard - NOT in a reclining position) until it is completely flat and level like a deskIf Mr [redacted] wants me to go ahead with this, I can certainly do thisIf he wishes to return the set, then he would need to contact www.CarID.com ( [redacted] ) for his credit since this is the retailer this transaction was made throughCoverking is the manufacturer and we manufatured and drop shipped what was ordered.Please advise if Mr [redacted] wants the replacement piece.Thank you,***? ?

Hello:From our records, I can see that Mr [redacted] ordered sets of seat covers and a steering wheel coverAt this time, sets of seat covers were cancelledThe only items that shipped was one set of custom seat covers and a steering wheel coverThe total charged was for $144.83.? I see credits made here as follows: [redacted] Credit Memo for $for the custom seat covers minus a 15% restock feeThis refund was made today, 4/22/so it may take up to business days to show back up on your card[redacted] Credit Memo for $6.71, the full amount since this is not a custom item.At this point, we would not reimburse for the other sets of seat cover that were cancelled and never sentIf I am missing something, please advise and I will be more than happy to investigate furtherThank you.***

Hello: I'm sorry, but when I read the first request Mr [redacted] requested either a warranty replacement or refundI thought I had answered both optionsWe can certainly send another cover; however, the fit will be the same since this is fitting correctly nowWith the snug fit of a custom car cover, sometimes it is necessary to fold in one of the mirrors when tucking inside the pocketIf the front of the car cover is not installed, this should allow you to fit the mirror in the pocket and then fold the mirror outI tend to think that the car cover is snugger in the back because of the mirror not being fully inside the pocketI was unable to locate in our support tickets where our Customer Service rep had stated the cover does not fitSince you requested a refund in your initial email, our suggestion was to allow a return; however, your credit would have to go back through the retailer since they have your money Thank you, ***

It appears that when the second order in for the seat covers were made for the PT Cruiser, the material chosen was for black/tan in Neosupreme which is much cheaper than the Neoprene fabricI could not do an even exchange for this in Neosupreme so I exchanged for the higher priced Neoprene which is what was originally ordered back in - so this will match the remaining seat covers in the vehicleThere is a $difference between the materials; however we are offsetting the cost to help this customer in hopes he is satisfied at this timeI've requested a Fed Ex return label to be emailed to himWhen we receive the wrong seat covers, we will then manufacture & ship the black/yellow seat covers to this individual at no further cost to himThank you, [redacted] ***

Ordered a dash mat and upon receipt I did not like the way it fitDid not cover cracks in the dash which was the reason I ordered itThere were no pictures available to see how it fit my type vehicle prior to orderingI contacted customer service and after sending pictures they told me that was the way it was suppose to fit and they were sorryNo offer to refund or try and help with issueMy first and last experience with covering

Re: [redacted] Hello: Upon review of the comcern, this was ordered through one of our retailers: Auto Mat StoreWe do not have any control over what they post/advertise regarding our productsHowever, this is true - the genuine leather on our custom seat covers are on the seating surfaces of the seat covers only, with leatherette material on sides and backThis is the norm throughout the industry, even through OEMOne of our Salesmen did address this and sent out Fed Ex return labels for a return for a full refundI don't see that these labels were used, both expired, but I will request a new set to be emailed to: [redacted] @yahoo.comAs soon as Mr [redacted] returns the order to us by using these labels we will issue a full refundAlso, it appears that both boxes were shipped (master packed) together under the Fed Ex tracking # of [redacted] and signed for by [redacted] Please let us know you if you need anything elseThank you, [redacted] ***
