By the time the retailer *** sent us the request to cancel the front seat cover order, the item was already on the *** ** truck with tracking #***Our cancellation policy is that any order can be cancelled within the first hours (whereas this order came to us on 7/6/and shipped on 7/18/16)We cannot cancel an order when it has already been shipped*** will need to address the front seat shipping charge with ***Our offer still stands to credit the restock fee back to *** so they can pass this on to ***Also, if *** provides the shipping information for the rear row, we will send him a refund check for this as well. Thank you

When I ordered I was told through an email from them my order would ship in 2-DAYS it took almost three weeksI received another email from them September stating my item was in production, when I checked back over a week later because it had still not arrived I was told they couldn't even find my orderI guess they way everyone I had contact with from that company has done nothing but lie to me so to say this is an acceptable resolution, no not even close.Regards,*** *** ***

(I believe the majority of the problem is with their CSR ***.)After almost a year of fighting, I have received my seat covers with your help within two weeks. Mr*** originally ordered charcoal seat covers (SO 14704389), which were sent to him on 9/Upon receipt he was not happy with the color and called to
alert us, so we made an even exchange at our expense to a different color, which was shipped on 10/Per Mr***'s comments, the new set had some straps come loose which he took upon himself to have resewn at a local establishment and proceed install and use the seat covers.
It is Coverking's position that supplying another new set of seat covers free of charge including installation expenses is not warranted. If Mr*** is requesting nominal and reasonable reimbursement for the repair of the straps (which has not been ***ly requested), we are happy to accommodate the requestWe would need to know the amount (we feel $would be appropriate) so we can review the case to proceedIf Mr*** would like to receive the $credit for expenses please confirm on this post and we will issue the creditBest Regards,

SO ***I am sorry that Mr*** is having issues with his seat cover fit.It appears that the names Mr*** mentioned were actually from the retailer they purchased from, www.CarID.comCoverking itself does not have anyone working here by those names.However, I put a replacement order through for a new passenger side backrest - Confirmation # *** We do not need the wrong piece backIt looks like the order was placed wrong through CarID - this should have been for a non folding passenger side backrestFold flat (as originally ordered) means the backrest will fold forward toward the dash (NOT recline backwards) until it is full flat and turns into a desklike area.I hope this helps!Thank you,***
