front and then then rear of the vehicleOur covers are custom made specifically for this vehicle so the fit is intended to be snug so the cover does not move around once on.Also, the car cover was purchased through one of our retailers (*** ***) so we would no be able to give a refund to Mr***If Mr*** wishes to return the cover to *** *** he would have to initiate directly with themBut, if you let us know his intentions, then I can let *** *** know we will accept the return and credit *** *** once the cover is received here.I hope this helps,***

The warranty claim is against the one who is offering the warranty In this case the manufacture is making the warranty and not the vendor

The last response for Coverking seems to be moving closer to an acknowledgement of what really happenedMy advice for potential future clients is to always keep a "paper trail" (written trail) for their orders and be ready to use Revdex.com in case Coverking will try using again this kind of ruthless, predatory technique. For me personally, the total absence of ethics had a name and this was *** ***, an individual anyone should avoidHaving said all this, I now consider my complaint as solved

***, I did receive a note from the Revdex.com that evidently my seat is missing in action at your facility Sorry to hear that, I understand that things happen I copied *** *** on this email as this is where I purchased the new ATV back in September *** *** is the owner and she has all my info and this is where I suggest that you buy the replacement seat from as I can pick it up there pretty easyMy ATV is a Polaris Sportsman XP that I purchased new in September Per *** the part number for the seat is ***, it's cost is $plus local tax

There are two sets of the seat covers: one is the first row set and the other one is the second row setThe second row set is undamaged and thus the return has been accepted alreadyBut now I am requesting the return and refund of the first row cover setAs shown in the order details, there are two parts of the whole orderOne part has been returned already but I need the business to refund me the other part -- the first row seat coversI contacted carId to try to request the return, but they refusedThe carid responded to me as the following shown:Dear ***Thank you for getting backPlease be aware the 2d Row has already been delivered to the manufacturerYou will be refunded within the next 24-business hoursOnce it is done, you will receive an e-mail confirmation letter.As per the 1st Row, unfortunately, the manufacturer has denied the return.Please let me know if you have any questions.Thank you and have a good day.Sincerely,Please refer to the attachment for the order details.So I think my problem was not solved, I need coverking to accept the return of the 1st row cover seat and refund me in the full amount.Thank you

It appears that when the second order in for the seat covers were made for the PT Cruiser, the material chosen was for black/tan in Neosupreme which is much cheaper than the Neoprene fabricI could not do an even exchange for this in Neosupreme so I exchanged for the higher priced Neoprene
which is what was originally ordered back in - so this will match the remaining seat covers in the vehicleThere is a $difference between the materials; however we are offsetting the cost to help this customer in hopes he is satisfied at this time. I've requested a Fed Ex return label to be emailed to himWhen we receive the wrong seat covers, we will then manufacture & ship the black/yellow seat covers to this individual at no further cost to him.
