There is noting that you can do for me anymore, it's to late for thatMaybe you could teach honesty to your workers, I dealt with at least different employes and everyone of them lied to meSeems like part of their orientation to your company must be how to lie to the customers and tell the what they'd like to hear, not the truthTell your people to be honest, if the first person I had contact with had told me it was going to take longer it would have been fine, but they started the trail of lies that no one was willing to stopThey would tell me what they thought I wanted to hear, not what was the truthI know this seems like a simple thing and maybe a silly thing to be upset about but it's not

This was originally ordered through *** *** ***, which is one of our retailersIt would be up to *** *** *** to add more information on their website to let their customer's know the items will be drop shipped from a manufacture (us) since this is not our website.

THANK YOU Revdex.com!!! You have done what I and Wall Mart could not do with a ton of phone calls, and that is to get some satisfaction from CoverKing! (I believe the majority of the problem is with their CSR ***.)After almost a year of fighting, I have received my seat covers with your help within two weeks. Hello:From our records, I can see that Mr*** ordered sets of seat covers and a steering wheel coverAt this time, sets of seat covers were cancelledThe only items that shipped was one set of custom seat covers and a steering wheel coverThe total charged was for $144.83. I see
credits made here as follows:*** Credit Memo for $for the custom seat covers minus a 15% restock feeThis refund was made today, 4/22/so it may take up to business days to show back up on your card.*** Credit Memo for $6.71, the full amount since this is not a custom item.At this point, we would not reimburse for the other sets of seat cover that were cancelled and never sentIf I am missing something, please advise and I will be more than happy to investigate furtherThank you.***

I see that one of our CS reps have already issued a return authorization (RMA) #*** on 9/29/I could find no request from Car ID to cancel order, I'm sorry this happenedWe do accept returns from Car ID within a day parameter and this item is well within that.Mr*** should write
the RMA # *** on the box and return to:Coverking*** * *** **
