From the photos sent, the cover appears to be fitting as intendedWhen installing the mirror pockets, if the cover is not installed on the front of the vehicle then Mr*** should be able to pull the cover over the passenger side mirror, unfold it, then pull the cover
over the front and then then rear of the vehicleOur covers are custom made specifically for this vehicle so the fit is intended to be snug so the cover does not move around once on.Also, the car cover was purchased through one of our retailers (*** ***) so we would no be able to give a refund to Mr***If Mr*** wishes to return the cover to *** *** he would have to initiate directly with themBut, if you let us know his intentions, then I can let *** *** know we will accept the return and credit *** *** once the cover is received hereI hope this helps,

*** *** My response to ***, I did receive a note from the Revdex.com that evidently my seat is missing in action at your facility Sorry to hear that, I understand that things happen I copied *** *** on this email as this is where I purchased the new ATV back in September *** *** is the owner and she has all my info and this is where I suggest that you buy the replacement seat from as I can pick it up there pretty easy.My ATV is a Polaris Sportsman XP that I purchased new in September Per *** the part number for the seat is ***, it's cost is $plus local tax *** web site is http://www.*** ***-owner*** *** **

Coverking has been less than helpful, and definitely NOT timely I have had the seat covers repaired at an expense of $85.00, which is NOT the point.They should provide as good a quality work as the initial set of seat covers that I purchased a few years ago In addition, they should respond in a timely manner

Hello:It appears from our records, that this individual has returned one set of the seat covers to us and those have been checked in A credit will be issued back to the retailer (Car ID) so they can then credit Mr**. There is normally a 15% restock fee per our Company policy; however,
at this time we will conside this an exception and we will waive that fee.Thank you.*** ***

We Ordered a set of Tac Seat covers in Novas a Xmas Present were told Guaranteed Delivery by 12-20-arrived Janseat covers didn't fit 01-06-called Customer support (*** ***) was told a replacement would be shipped, 01-22-no covers no tracking number still called Customer support (*** ***) again Guaranteed Delivery by 02-15-as of this date 02-21-still no seat covers no tracking numbers just $out this company is a joke and a thief along with advertisement Guarantees

By the time the retailer *** sent us the request to cancel the front seat cover order, the item was already on the *** ** truck with tracking #***Our cancellation policy is that any order can be cancelled within the first hours (whereas this order came to us on 7/6/and shipped on 7/18/16)We cannot cancel an order when it has already been shipped*** will need to address the front seat shipping charge with ***Our offer still stands to credit the restock fee back to *** so they can pass this on to ***Also, if *** provides the shipping information for the rear row, we will send him a refund check for this as well. There is noting that you can do for me anymore, it's to late for thatMaybe you could teach honesty to your workers, I dealt with at least different employes and everyone of them lied to meSeems like part of their orientation to your company must be how to lie to the customers and tell the what they'd like to hear, not the truthTell your people to be honest, if the first person I had contact with had told me it was going to take longer it would have been fine, but they started the trail of lies that no one was willing to stopThey would tell me what they thought I wanted to hear, not what was the truthI know this seems like a simple thing and maybe a silly thing to be upset about but it's not
