I had follow up with my address and answering several other questions such as make of specific model of my carThe core issue is the cover is actually too tight around the circumference of the bodyWhen placing the cover on the car,even with the mirrors folded, the cover is too tight around the circumference of the bodyMy initial request was a refund is based upon the warranty as stated on their website It states
0-Days: Custom productsFor all our customized covers and mats, you can return the products(s) for a partial refund minus the cost of shippingSince all covers are made to order, a restocking fee of 15% of the price will be applied for all custom productsA full refund will apply only if the product was defective in material or workmanshipAs I believe that car cover does not fit it falls in product is defective in workmanship and I had contacted the business within days of receiving the cover, I believe that I should receive a full refund. The warranty claim is against the one who is offering the warranty In this case the manufacture is making the warranty and not the vendor

passenger backrest will fold forward (toward the dashboard - NOT in a reclining position) until it is completely flat and level like a deskIf Mr*** wants me to go ahead with this, I can certainly do thisIf he wishes to return the set, then he would need to contact www.CarID.com (***) for his credit since this is the retailer this transaction was made throughCoverking is the manufacturer and we manufatured and drop shipped what was ordered.Please advise if Mr*** wants the replacement piece.Thank you,***

The last response for Coverking seems to be moving closer to an acknowledgement of what really happenedMy advice for potential future clients is to always keep a "paper trail" (written trail) for their orders and be ready to use Revdex.com in case Coverking will try using again this kind of ruthless, predatory technique. For me personally, the total absence of ethics had a name and this was *** ***, an individual anyone should avoid.Having said all this, I now consider my complaint as solved

*** *** Thanks for your speedy handling.Can you calendar the matter for days to confirm receipt of replacement piece?(I have never had communication from "***"The same promise was made in one email, and in the same communication, it was stated that I had to contact a 3rd party for assistance.)Second part, clarifying website so that a buyer knows which vendor they are dealing with. That has not been addressed. Thanks again
