Also, I can see that the charge should still be in the "pending" mode and no charge should have been completed since the item has not shipped yet. This is sometimes confusing when you see a pending charge showing up, but has not gone through yet.

It appears that when the second order in 2015 for the seat covers were made for the PT Cruiser, the material chosen was for black/tan in Neosupreme which is much cheaper than the Neoprene fabric. I could not do an even exchange for this in Neosupreme so I exchanged for the higher priced Neoprene...

which is what was originally ordered back in 2014 - so this will match the remaining seat covers in the vehicle. There is a $100 difference between the 2 materials; however we are offsetting the cost to help this customer in hopes he is satisfied at this time. I've requested a Fed Ex return label to be emailed to him. When we receive the wrong seat covers, we will then manufacture & ship the black/yellow seat covers to this individual at no further cost to him. Thank you,[redacted]

I'm sorry, but when I read the first request Mr. [redacted] requested either a warranty replacement or refund. I thought I had answered both options.
We can certainly send another cover; however, the fit will be the same since this is fitting correctly now. With the snug fit of a custom car cover, sometimes it is necessary to fold in one of the mirrors when tucking inside the pocket. If the front of the car cover is not installed, this should allow you to fit the mirror in the pocket and then fold the mirror out. I tend to think that the car cover is snugger in the back because of the mirror not being fully inside the pocket. I was unable to locate in our support tickets where our Customer Service rep had stated the cover does not fit.
Since you requested a refund in your initial email, our suggestion was to allow a return; however, your credit would have to go back through the retailer since they have your money.

set had some straps come loose which he took upon himself to have resewn at a local establishment and proceed install and use the seat covers. It is Coverking's position that supplying another new set of seat covers free of charge including installation expenses is not warranted. If Mr. [redacted] is requesting nominal and reasonable reimbursement for the repair of the straps (which has not been [redacted]ly requested), we are happy to accommodate the request. We would need to know the amount (we feel $50.00 would be appropriate) so we can review the case to proceed. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The response from business does not address issue stated which is that the product, a car cover, does not fit the car.  The business stating that the car cover fit is not a solution. Previous discussion with the business, the business agreed that the car cover did not fit properly.  I do not understand why they would change their mind.
Finally, although the product was not purchased directly with the business, the business is the manufacture of the product.  The warranty is provided by the manufacture and not the vendor in which I purchased the product.  I am asking for the business to honor its own warranty.
