Mr. [redacted] purchased the products from an authorized Coverking re-seller. We have asked the re-seller to issue a credit for $85.00 and they have agreed to do so. If Mr. [redacted] would kindly contact the re-seller he purchased from they will immediately issue a credit for $85.00. Thank you.[redacted]

Ordered a dash mat and upon receipt I did not like the way it fit. Did not cover cracks in the dash which was the reason I ordered it. There were no pictures available to see how it fit my type vehicle prior to ordering. I contacted customer service and after sending pictures they told me that was the way it was suppose to fit and they were sorry. No offer to refund or try and help with issue. My first and last experience with covering.

The response from the business does not fully address the issue on hand.  Based upon the response it appears that the business is only selectively address issues here. There has been several communication using their customer system ticket.  The current response states that they are unable to locate communicate that the cover does not fit. Yet I received the following back in May 27, 2016.[redacted], May 27, 07:45 PDT: HelloThank you for contacting Coverking supportI agree and the car cover is off by at least 2cmm on the mirror's area.Can you please tell me your shipping address so we can help you with a replacement?RegardsCoverking Support Team | [redacted] | [redacted] I had follow up with my address and answering several other questions such as make of specific model of my car. The core issue is the cover is actually too tight around the circumference of the body. When placing the cover on the car,even with the mirrors folded, the cover is too tight around the circumference of the body.My initial request was a refund is based upon the warranty as stated on their website.  It states0-30 Days: Custom productsFor all our customized covers and mats, you can return the products(s) for a partial refund minus the cost of shipping. Since all covers are made to order, a restocking fee of 15% of the price will be applied for all custom products. A full refund will apply only if the product was defective in material or workmanship.As I believe that car cover does not fit it falls in product is defective in workmanship and I had contacted the business within 3 days of receiving the cover, I believe that I should receive a full refund. The warranty claim is against the one who is offering the warranty.  In this case the manufacture is making the warranty and not the vendor.

Hello:I'm sorry, but when I read the first request Mr. [redacted] requested either a warranty replacement or refund. I thought I had answered both options.We can certainly send another cover; however, the fit will be the same since this is fitting correctly now. With the snug fit of a custom car cover, sometimes it is necessary to fold in one of the mirrors when tucking inside the pocket. If the front of the car cover is not installed, this should allow you to fit the mirror in the pocket and then fold the mirror out. I tend to think that the car cover is snugger in the back because of the mirror not being fully inside the pocket. I was unable to locate in our support tickets where our Customer Service rep had stated the cover does not fit.Since you requested a refund in your initial email, our suggestion was to allow a return; however, your credit would have to go back through the retailer since they have your money. Thank you,[redacted]

They state that their car covers are guaranteed for 12 months but the treatment they apply to prevent water from leaking through the car cover does not last that long when your car remains outdoors. They will warranty the item but they claim they don't have any in stock and will need to make one from scratch. I have a 2008 Mustang, a very, very common vehicle. I don't believe that they don't have one in stock. They are sand bagging me to teach me a lesson for trying to file a claim. I asked if the new cover would have a better treatment applied and was told no. So, basically we will be doing this all over again in 8 months or so. It has been at least a month since I requested for my cover to be replaced. I spent over $200 for a nice car cover but was sorely disappointed.

 THANK YOU Revdex.com!!! You have done what I and Wall Mart could not do with a ton of phone calls, and that is to get some satisfaction from CoverKing! (I believe the majority of the problem is with their CSR [redacted].)
After almost a year of fighting, I have received my seat covers with your help within two weeks. They are installed and fit and look great. This would not have happened without the clout of the Revdex.com.

Love their product which pains me that I have to deal with their exceptionally poor customer service department. I could not order seat covers for my particular vehicle because it was not offered on their website. I notified them of the issue and was assured it would be rectified within a week so I could receive a discount that expired two weeks later. Five phone calls and four weeks later the problem has not been fixed and the deal expired and all they tell me is sorry, "we can't honor the price" even though it was their fault I missed out! TERRIBLE customer service...I dare to say worse than Comcast...

Thanks for your speedy handling.
Can you calendar the matter for 10 days to confirm receipt of replacement piece?
(I have never had communication from "[redacted]". The same promise was made in one email, and in the same communication, it was stated that I had to contact a 3rd party for assistance.)
Second part, clarifying website so that a buyer knows which vendor they are dealing with.  That has not been addressed.

seat covers only, with leatherette material on sides and back. This is the norm throughout the industry, even through OEM.One of our Salesmen did address this and sent out Fed Ex return labels for a return for a full refund. I don't see that these labels were used, both expired, but I will request a new set to be emailed to: [redacted]@yahoo.com. As soon as Mr. [redacted] returns the order to us by using these labels we will issue a full refund.Also, it appears that both boxes were shipped (master packed) together under the Fed Ex tracking # of [redacted] and signed for by [redacted]Please let us know you if you need anything else. In response to your initial request, we issued a credit back to [redacted] for the amount of the 15% restock fee we deducted. When looking at the options available for a [redacted], there are none available for a non removable headrest, which you claim you have.  This was plainly described in all of the pattern descriptions. I apologize that our Customer Service rep did not take further action to stress this and give you the option of cancelling your order instead.  I will surely counsel him on this omission. If there is anything else we can do for you, please let me know.
