I ordered from Craftvinyl a few timesWhen I ordered my Rhinestones, they came in ziploc baggiesOne of the baggies, with BLUE stones, well, it was FULL of tiny wood chipsIt appeared like pieces of a pallet or the likeWhen I sent an email to Nick, his response was pricelessI said in my email, " I received my order, however, in one of the bags, there were an awful lot of tiny wood chips, and being Rhinestones, this is going to be extremely difficult to clean out and successfully use these stones." Nick replied " Then don't be stupid and put wood in the bag" What a jerkNow why would I waste my time: to do something so childish, waste my time doing it to ONE BAG WASTE my time emailing a BABY that owns a company that puts woods chips in a baggie full of rhinestones, knowing full well that he acts like he is the king of everything and the world OWES him Entitlement is not attractive, no matter how much you stare in that mirror I will NEVER EVER recommend this place

I sent an e-mail to this company by mistake to check the status of an order (as ordered online from two companies on the same day and got the receipts mixed up) The owner, Nick, was rude in his reply (sarcasticly asking me if I placed by order on August 30th and telling me to go back and read the page I ordered from) This is when I realized that I sent the e-mail to the wrong company but I replied that he was being rude and I would not be ordering from him again and I would let my friends know not to order as well I replied again with a very long e-mail persuading me to "please" tell everyone what a poor company he is and how rude he is He basically dared me to post the negative comments and to share the e-mails I tried to do so on his Facebook page to which he immediately blocked me so the comments could not be read He read PART of my e-mails in a YouTube video that he recorded and posted on his Facebook page; indicating to his followers and customers that I did not know how to read and that he was cancelling my order and now giving it away for free to a randomly drawn customer

I absolutely LOVE ordering from Craftvinyl.com! His prices are the best! Even after reading all the negative reviews I still order and will order from Nick! The people who complain are the people that do not read the ENTIRE page and then claim they do, or they count weekends and holidays as business days! I have NEVER had any issuesas adults we should be able to follow his rules, and know how to count business days

This place has THE best prices! Craft Vinyl is not a bad place as long as you THOROUGHLY READ and FOLLOW the rules. Many of the complaints against this company are CUSTOMER errors not the company.

I have ordered from Craft Vinyl several times and have never had any problems If you read the instructions on the special price items - there is no problem They do have the best prices out there! If you need your project like tomorrow - don't buy these specials

I've read the negative reviewsMost, if not all of the complaints were due to people not bothering to read the policies VERY CLEARLY STATED ON EACH PAGE of Craftvinyl's websiteI've bought from them, and am 100% happy with the speed of delivery, the pricing (this guy has GREAT prices) and product A little reading, common sense and NOT immediately threatening to use the Revdex.com and PayPal dispute as weapons go a long way

Worst internet buying experience everMy order was short and I emailed but never received a responseI tried to contact via the web page and never received a responseI called and I can't believe the cussing I heard on the other end when I said what was wrong and asked that it be sentRude! Rude! RudeNever did receive it, but it wasn't a lot of money and I chalk it up to the price of a learning experienceNever again

Craft Vinyl is a great place to order HTV, Oracal 651 and other vinyls. I highly recommend them. I have always read through and followed the rules that are written on each page. I have always received my order as expected. They ship priority mail and in sturdy boxes. I am a mother of 2 and Craft Vinyl is a great place to save money on supplies so that I may spoil my little ones.

I ordered on the Black Friday special, and I followed all the rules(Which are terrible, IMO, but I did it.) And then I found out my order was cancelled because he was annoyed that no one could follow his rulesSo why did I have to be put in a bad spot, because they can't read? And then he calls me an it, but I did nothing wrong

I'm a little disgusted by the customer service I received from craftvinyl.comBeing Canadian, we pay more than our American neighbors, but can sometimes enjoy the perks of pricing from ordering onlineI filled up my shopping cart, changed the country to Canada (as it gave me the option to ship internationally) and my payment kept getting rejectedI contacted the one email for the company with this email Me: HiI'm trying to order vinyl through your website, but can't check out as CanadianIt won't accept Canadian [redacted] and when I try to pay with credit card it only gives me the option of USAPlease help!!! Him: it has to be USA Me: So why waste peoples time by asking for shipping info outside of the USA? If i'm given the option of "ship internationally" then I assume that I can do just that Him: we don't give you the option lady, paypal may but we don't, so I have ZERO clue what you are saying Me: I'm quite shocked at the gross lack of customer service skills that you have displayed in this conversationAs a visitor to your website, I did not see anywhere that it states that you ship only to the USAI assumed that because there was an option to change the shipping to another country, that I might be able to order some vinyl at a better price than the local craft storeI did not expect to get such a brash response from your businessI'm quite disgusted Maybe it's just me, but a little more of an explaination, maybe some empathyBut his response to me was downright rudeI guess when you have the cheapest prices in the world, you don't actually have to be nice to peopleI'll anxiously await another rude email from him
