I sent an e-mail to this company by mistake to check the status of an order (as ordered online from two companies on the same day and got the receipts mixed up). The owner, Nick, was rude in his reply (sarcasticly asking me if I placed by order on August 30th and telling me to go back and read the page I ordered from). This is when I realized that I sent the e-mail to the wrong company but I replied that he was being rude and I would not be ordering from him again and I would let my friends know not to order as well. I replied again with a very long e-mail persuading me to "please" tell everyone what a poor company he is and how rude he is. He basically dared me to post the negative comments and to share the e-mails. I tried to do so on his Facebook page to which he immediately blocked me so the comments could not be read. He read PART of my e-mails in a YouTube video that he recorded and posted on his Facebook page; indicating to his followers and customers that I did not know how to read and that he was cancelling my order and now giving it away for free to a randomly drawn customer.

I can't believe this guy is still in business! He is rude! He "lost" my order. Stay far away!

The owners of CraftVinyl.com will find your business page and leave numerous 1 star reviews from multiple FAKE profiles and proceed to screenshot everything and them SHAME and BULLY you on their Facebook Page/Group which have been repeatably removed by Facebook for harassment. But they keep making new ones. If you have any self respect STAY AWAY from this trashy business and their owners.

I’ve always ordered from craftvinyl and never had any issues until today. I opened my vinyl (shipped in a cylinder, taped shut) to have hundreds of ants fall out of the packaging. Getting on myself and my 3 month old. I emailed him about the issue and he cussed me and was very rude. I wasn’t out to get anything free, I just want him as the business owner to know, in case they had some sort of ant infestation. After he was rude, I told him good luck with his company and that I would never order anything again because of his rude responses. Then he tells me that actually I was fired as a customer because I used the word disappointed in my email. What a joke. Cocky a$$hole.

After researching craft vinyl for a perspective major project, I would rather die than to inhibit this little mans ego anymore than it already is. I have no doubt that others will still order from him, but I am confident that nick Stafford his wife and son, all whom act like a bunch of rednecks that just won the lottery, will burn in hell. I am also positive that I along with several other businesses here on the west coast, will have more self worth than to deal with this ridiculous man. I hope that the people who have made a complaint only to be publically shamed will take this little nasty man to court and take away his larger than life ego. I refuse to follow "rules'' that a little /censored/ made up to make up for his penis size.

I have ordered several times from Craft Vinyl. The prices are the best out there, especially when you factor in the specials on various days. Yes, you have to pay attention to his rules, but it isn't rocket science. He doesn't ask for anything other than common sense stuff. The shipping will take a while and I know that ahead of time. I don't sweat it, the vinyl will come when it comes and it will be at a great price (and usually with several free things in the package because I followed the rules!)

It's too bad you can't choose 0 stars. This guy is a special kind of asshat. It's been almost 2 months since I ordered and he was extremely rude, accused me of using the wrong address which I didn't and when I asked for a refund or a tracking number he told me to find a new vinyl supplier and to go fk myself.

NEGATIVE... DO NOT EVER order anything from here. This business needs to be shut down. I am taking him to court.

AWFUL.. just awful. I called the police, they told me to get a warrant on him. So I am on my way to the court house. He sent me a foul language email after I opened a case against him on paypal. I just wanted a refund for $14.54... he posts it all up on his business page and makes a laughing livestock out of me. HIS CUSTOMER. So yes, on my way to the court house now. We'll see where this goes. Definitely a warrant, and a law suite coming. He's going to be shut down.

I had an issue with this guy recently when I filed a dispute...He was totally in the wrong and it was 16 business days and I still had no tracking # filed a dispute...Had tracking number immediately but then he called me an it and asked me if I was drunk. I called Paypal since I have been doing business with them since 2002 and asked how they can condone such business practices and that this loser Nick does videos on people that file disputes on him and then runs a contest. The person I spoke with at Paypal was not happy and was going to escalate this to people higher up...my goal is to get this loser shut down and by the very least kicked off paypal. If you have had any dealings with craftvinyl.com and used paypal to pay and he was rude in anyway, I suggest you call Paypal 1-888-221-1161 and file a complaint against him even if your issue is not current the more more people complain the more likely they will do something about it. I think he relies on Paypal so this can potentially hurt him...IN addition, he has an F rating with the Revdex.com Karma!

I ordered from Craftvinyl a few times. When I ordered my Rhinestones, they came in ziploc baggies. One of the baggies, with BLUE stones, well, it was FULL of tiny wood chips. It appeared like pieces of a pallet or the like. When I sent an email to Nick, his response was priceless. I said in my email, " I received my order, however, in one of the bags, there were an awful lot of tiny wood chips, and being Rhinestones, this is going to be extremely difficult to clean out and successfully use these stones." Nick replied " Then don't be stupid and put wood in the bag" What a jerk. Now why would I waste my time: 1. to do something so childish, 2. waste my time doing it to ONE BAG 3. WASTE my time emailing a BABY that owns a company that puts woods chips in a baggie full of rhinestones, knowing full well that he acts like he is the king of everything and the world OWES him. Entitlement is not attractive, no matter how much you stare in that mirror. I will NEVER EVER recommend this place.

"NICK" at craftvinyl.com is a coward, he doesn't know how to own a business and deal with the public so he chooses to hide behind his computer screen and be rude to the customer. I put in my current address when I placed the order, HIS WEBSITE kept changing it back to an old address. I contacted him the day I ordered to make sure he had the correct address. He told me he wouldn't fix it and it wasn't his problem. I considered the money I spent "gone" and had ordered from a more reliable website. Then yesterday I got an email telling me my order was sent back to him and if I just sent him more money I could have it shipped to the correct address. I replied reminding him that I contacted him almost 2 months ago telling him the situation and that I would never send him more money. I told him that I had taken my business elsewhere. His response was good riddance.

This guy is ridiculous. He won't have a business for long if he keeps treating customers like this. I wouldn't recommend his sight to anyone.

This my first time purchasing from Nick- and I will NEVER do so again. I placed an order and added one of CraftVinyl's specials, but realized immediate after that I didn't need some of the items. I checked the refund policy page, and it simply stated that PayPal would refund my money aside from a $3 restocking fee. So- I sent him a message through PayPal, not realizing that this would create a dispute (we all know how confusing PayPal can be) simply stating to please cancel the order and that I understand that I will forfeit the restocking fee. I then followed up with an email- again stating that I made a mistake and to please cancel the order. Not even ten minutes later I get an email response "did you just disputed the charge? are you kidding me?... DO NOT order from us again. You will not be getting a refund from me- PayPal will have to give you th refund and it will take at least 10 days.. Do you realize the accounting nightmare this bull[redacted]t causes?" To make matters worse, he then sent over response through PayPal "do not order from us again. Pathetic." Who does this guy think he is!? Throughout the remaining stream of emails, I apologized profusely for what was initially my mistake and told him I would do anything at all to resolve the issue. However, all I got in return was more demeaning comments and profane language. I will NEVER recommend Nick to anyone looking for a vinyl vendor. His prices may be cheap- but I would rather pay an arm and a leg for a product rather than allowing another "professional" to speak to me that way.

I have ordered from Craft Vinyl several times and have never had any problems. If you read the instructions on the special price items - there is no problem. They do have the best prices out there! If you need your project like tomorrow - don't buy these specials.

My experience was great with Craft Vinyl <3 I followed directions each time and never had to write him because I did what I was suppose to do and ordered the way they need you to for certain specials and that is what I got everytime. It came right on time or sooner. The vinyl is top notch and exactly what you order is what you get (every single time). It's not complicated at all. Plan to make another order tomorrow. Thanks Craft Vinyl for making my experience and hobby so enjoyable and know there are many who back you up everywhere =) <3

I've placed several orders with Craft Vinyl with no problems until my must recent order. I received my order after following Nick's very strict rules for ordering only to find that my ordered was not complete. I emailed to inquire about correcting my order and received another set of ridiculous "rules" I had to follow to receive my products. I again followed all of the rules and still did not receive a response or what I had ordered. I emailed again and received a very rude email telling me to get lost. I just want customers to know that if you order from Craft Vinyl, not only will you be treated with disrespect but you will not get what you pay for. This is not a reputable business and you should take your business elsewhere. There are many excellent vinyl companies who provide quality customer service. This is NOT one of them.

I have NEVER had an issue with CraftVinyl/Nick. I simply make sure I thoroughly read his very well posted rules and follow them! He runs a very busy shop and in doing so lays it out plain and simple: READ THE RULES! In turn he offers very competitive prices.

Review: 2 orders were placed with craftvinyl.com via [redacted] with the company minutes apart. One of the orders was received on March 21st, 2 weeks after the order was placed. The other never came. I contacted the seller. Got an auto response and no further contact was made on his behalf. I thusly Filed a [redacted] dispute and he is using the same tracking number for both transactions. [redacted] is not understanding the issue and after trying to reach out to seller he is refusing to assist in any resolution ending each email telling me to [redacted] off.Desired Settlement: I want a refund. And an apology! I just want what my hard earned money paid for!

As long as you follow the rules this is a great place to order from. Cheap prices and good deals just follow the rules.
