I've never had an issue with multiple orders from this company. I see people complain because they can't follow his rules and then post complaints because of mistakes the buyer, not the seller makes

Review: I had submitted an order from this company only to forget that I missed some items. Within the hour of submitting my order I emailed Nick asking if I could cancel my order and planned to resubmit everything I needed & he stated that he would be charging me a $5 fee. I told him that was fine. It's been over 2 weeks since I ordered and I have yet to receive a refund or a notice that the package has been sent so I emailed asking for an update on my order status. After sending 3 emails over a couple of days time span, I contacted [redacted] (how I paid for my items) and filed a dispute to try and regain my refund. Within minutes of submitting my dispute I received a vary unprofessional and hostile email from Nick at Craft Vinyl stating that since I have gone the dispute route that all my paper is now in the trash and I will not be receiving anything from their company and that I am no longer able to order from their company.Desired Settlement: I would just like to receive a full refund.

Review: I ordered vinyl from Craftvinyl.com & waited a month for the delivery. When I didn't receive the order after 1 month, I emailed to inquire if the order was shipped yet.

The following emails are the exchange between the business owner & myself from bottom to top.

I can't believe as a business owner you sent this email. I was very nice to you when I left the first email inquiring about my order. I also left a nice voicemail in reference to emailing you the second time. I ordered the vinyl from you for a school fundraiser project. School is ending soon & I just wanted to know how come it has been a month since I ordered the vinyl from you((May 31st would have been the 14 days + 7 days for the siser vinyl) & that I hadn't received it yet. That is more than the days stated in your policy! If that is how you treat your customers, you should be ashamed of yourself!

there was a clearly published 10-14 business day delay for the 2 for 1 deal, however if by chance you purchased siser on that day it added ATLEAST 5-7 MORE business days on top of the 10-14 business day delay (all explained up front within the page details)

also within the siser details it said we are not going to be repeating this info over and over....

those orders are still shipping and we will have them out by the end of next week, still within the handling times, BUT since your little cowardly threat you have been refund, now get lost and do not order form us again, be sure to post that on social media ok?

if you think by ranting online you are going to ruin my business , all you are doing is driving people to my website, and, they usually order before they leave, so bash by company all you want, this is America you have every right, just do me a favor, remember the website is www.craftvinyl.com (that is c-r-a-f-t-v-i-n-y-l DOT COM) just spell the name correctly, deal?

Mentioning my name or craftvinyl.com's name online over and over (good or bad) does nothing but increase my website clicks, which in turn boosts my search engine ratings on google and yahoo, so PLEASE mention us on EVERY craft forum, facebook group/blog, and leave us a negative review on every site you can think of. I am constantly amazed by people who think they are going to be "internet saviors" and try to hurt my business, because if they had a clue about internet wording algorithms they would know it has the exact opposite effect that they think it does. Every time somebody "threatens" me with "I'll be sure to tell all my crafting friends about your business and your horrible customer service " I'm like a kid in a candy store, I just sit back and wait on new customers to show up!

I'll explain , in reality there are 3 types of people in the crafting world:

#1 People who LOVE www.craftvinyl.com

#2 People who DESPISE www.craftvinyl.com

#3 People who have never heard of www.craftvinyl.com

You aren't going to change the minds of people who are #1 or #2, those people either love us or hate us (as sad as it is) but, for the people who fall under #3 I can promise you that out of curiosity they will click on my website and TRUST me, no matter how loyal you think people are, they will look at their pocket book, NOT your opinion. So, with that said, , in reality you will be giving me free advertisement. Thank you in advance!

Anytime I see that my website has an unusually high amount of traffic it ALWAYS means 1 of 2 things.....

#1. I have posted on social media about an upcoming sale

#2: A disgruntled "customer" has went online and bashed my company

either way= $$$$ for me, so please, knock yourself out

I understand your delay shipping policy but it has been much more than 14 business days. The order was placed on May 3. I do not have the email from [redacted] anymore. I do have a copy of the email-I can scan & send that if you would like. But, according to your statement above, you do not accept scanned things. I have never had a problem ordering from CraftVinyl before & I hope I won't have one now! Please CALL me or EMAIL me back in reference to this. I do not want an automated response without an answer. If I do receive another automated response, I will have to handle this situation on my own through social media. Not a threat, just want good customer service. I understand you receive many emails, but not answering them personally (not by auto response) is not good customer service. Awaiting contact with you. My phone number is [redacted].

I have been shocked and disgusted with they owner Nick and his behavior. He has rules and they are not difficult to follow, but I have seen him trash talk customers in public forums. He recently ridiculed a customer on his page, videos online and large forums, shared her info and used gifts to other customers to assist in Bullying her. During his online video I seen where he taped work in his shipping area and for 1 minute the camera was aimed at the computer screen, well on this scree was other customers personal information, names, email address and other info. Shocking he is still in business as he is a bully and degrades others through his games online.

I have ordered from this company several times. I was able to contact the company regarding a question about product I had and my question was answered the same day and very professional. My orders are always received within the time frame given on his website at my time of ordering.

Review: When you go to their website Craftvlnyl.com, you will notice that they have several specials, and that they boast of having the best prices on the planet. Well, having the best prices on the planet means very little if you have the worst customer service skills in the Universe. I have never experienced such unproffesionalism in all my life.

I placed an order on July 5th for an order I needed to have out before the end of the month. If you notice on the website it says the specials that are offered may take an additional 10 - 14 days. That is fine. I have ordered before - so I accounted for the additional time. Well, when I hadn't received the order by the 25th I called the 800 number listed on the site. The number is a recording that states they only check their messages "once or twice a week", and it's best to contact them by email. Ok my first thought is what kind of business only checks their messages a couple of days a week? At any rate, I sent an email to make a query as to where my order was. To which I received this automated reply : [redacted] Since I didn't know that they were wanting the actual PayPal email I resent the email, to which I received no reply. This is the 26th or 27th. So I contacted PayPal.

The lady said I needed to do a dispute, and she would contact Craft Vinyl and I wouldn't need to do anything else. I then received this email from Craft Vinyl : [redacted] Yes, that is a screen shot of the actual email.

Review: Hello.

I ordered adhesive vinyl from craft vinyl .co. I contacted them about vinyl that was not included in my order. When I contacted him he was very rude and when I asked him if I was expected to divide my order in to two and have to pay shipping twice and that I would be contacting the Revdex.com he got very mad and he informed me to go blank my self and to contact the Revdex.com because he has already told you to as well and there was nothing the Revdex.com could do. He now continues to harass me by sending me emails about his income and wanting to compare tax returns.

I asked him to stop contacting me and he refuses to.Desired Settlement: I want to receive my last order from the company that was ordered the same night as the transaction I contacted them about and to never be contacted by craft vinyl .co or the company works or friend's and family of the company

I had a horrible experience with this company. "Nick" the "owner" is extremely rude and unprofessional. I placed my first order with company this week and had some difficulty with one of the codes they state to use for free product. I couldn't find the place too put the code and I had to reach out twice to receive the rude response he provided. His only response was "clearly the page states there's nothing that can be done" that was all!! I was completely taken back by his rude and unprofessional response. I will never do business with this company again!!

I had been ordering through this business for months with no issues. On 7/7/16 I placed an order. I completed an additional order on 7/14/16. On 7/18/16, I had not received anything yet or any notifications beyond that the payment had been confirmed and emailed Nick in hopes of finding out more information on the first order. I received an automated response that answered my initial question. That automated response also stated that if my answer was thought to be in that email, I would not hear a further response from the company. I was completely ok with that. Nick, however, was not. He responded with a very rude message with a terrible tone. I apologized for having made a mistake and attempted to continue forward on a positive note. He refused and continued to respond with negative and rude comments. He stated that the order would be refunded. I requested that my 2nd order be refunded as well and he made no mention of that request in further emails.

I disputed the second payment through paypal as a means to help him identify the other order as the two orders were made under different accounts. In messages on paypal, he has continued to be rude and uncooperative. He has now told me that he will not be initiating the refund for 10 days per his policy because I had disputed the 2nd transaction. I reviewed his policy and found that the only mention of a 10 day period is in explaining that the refund can take up to 10 business days depending on how long the banks take to transfer the money back. He has since stopped responding to my questions.

I fear he is a fraud and will not return this money and we will be out of the charges that were made to his business.

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, customer service. Nick thinks because his prices are low he can treat his customers like [redacted], and I quote " lady im going to stop you right there

I give 2 [redacted] about what ANYBODY on any "board" says about my company, so if you are trying to throw that comment in here to force me to give you something for free don't hold your breath"

TERRIBLE customer service. Inquired about my order and was told to never order from them again. I then received several emails from NICK chastising me for inquiring and not being more specific as he has several systems to log into and if I would've been more detailed he could've answered my question properly?? Highly recommend someone looking into this business for repercussions.

Purchasing from craftvinyl.com has been the WORST shopping experience I have EVER encountered. Wish I had read ALL the horrible reviews about [redacted] prior to purchasing. [redacted] has tons of ZERO stars for him.

He is rude and demeaning. I paid for my order thru [redacted]. He got my order wrong. I told him I wanted my order corrected ASAP or I would open a [redacted] dispute and then he had the nerve to tell me (taken from his email) "you WILL NOT bring up a [redacted] a dispute".

Can you imagine the nerve? He had no right to tell me that I could not open a dispute. He got my order wrong. What he should have done is apologized for his error and said he would send the correct item out ASAP.

Based on everything I have read of him that is expecting too much as he lacks professionalism and customer service skills. His site should be shut down. He should not be allowed to treat people, who have done nothing to him but give him their money, in such a bad way.

If you are considering purchasing from him, Don't!! There are many other distributors out there. I have purchased from several and all were great experiences. Not worth his barely lower price to be abused. Rather pay the slightly higher price and get what I ordered from nice people that if they make a mistake, own it and correct it.

I am not sure who is in charge of this business, but some guy named Nick has been awful to deal with. I had emailed asking about shipping, as I did not receive an order number from the site when I paid through PayPal. He was extremely rude!!!! I finally received my vinyl order, and it was damaged. Both ends of the vinyl were wrinkled/bent. I emailed him to tell him that I was unhappy with the whole experience, from the initial contact and now with the product I received. He sent me a nasty reply email back. I will never do business with this company again.

I ordered the Friday special and reviewed it on Wednesday. Not problems at all. All you have to do is read his rules and follow them. I will definitely order from him again.

Review: I purchased a $40.00 order, and followed the page long rules listed. I waited two months and after not receiving my order I checked my paypal account. He had canceled the order, with no notification and no reason listed, BUT he kept $3.00. I contacted him via paypal and I was berated, called stupid, ignorant and was told that I couldn't read. He could not tell me how I broke his "rules". He could only insult me, and told me he took the $3.00 because I was like all his other it customers that can't read and that money was for his hassle of having to deal with it such as myself. I cannot believe someone that is so rude, insulting and downright thieving is still in business. I have looked online and now found hundreds of complaints by others that he has treated horribly as well. This man needs to retire and maybe get some mental health care to help him with his severe anger and abuse issues.Desired Settlement: I want my $3.00 back that he took with no intention of providing any actual goods. You cannot just take $3.00 from customers because you don't want to place their order or provide customer service. This business is a fraud!

HORRIBLE customer service. Upon not fixing his mistake, he then started harrassing me via email with AWFUL words for a business owner to use. He quit responding when I asked for a refund and so I opened a dispute with Paypal. That really set him off and I started getting called a coward and other awful names. Upon researching, I am among hundreds with similiar problems.

I personally LOVE craftvinyl.com I have emailed with Nick back and forth and even though he doesn't carry on a full blown conversation, he has always answered my questions. Just because he isn't the friendliest person, doesn't mean he's a bad business. Despite what people may think, the customer isn't "always" right. He clearly states on numerous pages on his website about his shipping policies and specials. It's not like he's taking money for orders and running away with it. If you don't take the time to read his policies, then that's your own fault. Keep on rolling Nick!

I will not be doing business with you again. DO NOT ever order from me. I don’t need your business. Nowhere does it say I will send you a tracking a number so you are an mn to think so. Obviously you can’t read." I did get a refund but he kept $3. I want my $3 back. I filed with Pay Pal also but this person should not be permitted to conduct business.Desired Settlement: I want my $3 back.

I would never recommend using them EVER! Worst customer service, they do not answer the phone and whem they finnaly email you back it is very unprofessiona. I placed an order and never got a confirmation finally heard from "nick" 12 days later via email saying

"it wont be filled or shipped" .

I now havebto wait another 10 business days for my refund minus $3 cancellation fee, because THEY are canceling it!

Furious at the lack of informing and getting back to customers.
