Been sitting here reading these reviews and they all say the same thing.. "Wah, wah, wah! Nick's customer service sucks."
I've been a customer for a little over a year. Yes, I'm in that "super secret group" on Facebook where he "makes fun of customers". But here's the thing. Those customers are, quite honestly, mns and liars in almost every incidence. People read rules on the order page and click buttons to place orders. They instantly forget or feel the rules do not apply. They'll agree to a 10-14 day shipping delay on a BOGO page.. then turn around and email him a week later asking where their stuff is. It's super simple. He doesn't send out order updates, and you are told that on the page. He recommends you sign up for Informed Delivery or Stamps.com. Once you do that you'll know exactly when your order has shipped and have a tracking number. But if you are sitting around waiting for updates to be sent out every step of the way, you will be disappointed.
The other thing is the people who say their order is late. A week after they ordered.. because they don't understand the concept of business days apparently. Nick posts these emails because these SAME customers are running around all over Facebook spewing lies about how he never shipped, he didn't reply to his email, the order is late.. blahblahblah. 9 out of 10 times, he doesn't realize it's happened until someone else sends him a screenshot. At which point he'll pull up the order and post the REAL details of why the person is complaining. He merely does this to provide the FULL story, not just some snowflake's version. I have ordered several times from Craftvinyl.com and will continue to order because I don't need someone telling me every 5 minutes what's going on with my order... in fact, I never even read those emails. I just want great product at a good price.

*** and his staff at CraftVinyl are AWESOMEThey really know how to work and get things doneIf you REALLY WANT TO KNOW about his business check the facebook page!! *** is very vocal about his business and treats his staff with TONS of respect This list of bad reviews on "Revdex.com" is Useless
Most of the people complaining have not done the proper reading and review of the rules that are VERY CLEAR and conciseThere may be a lot of rules to his ordering, but he is absolutely correct that his prices are the LOWEST and he has every right to be strict in his ordering policyHis way of handling the orders to keep things organized and running smoothly works! There are SO MANY HAPPY CUSTOMERS!

No lowest prices found on the Internet are worth this guy's rude manners He wants to brag about how his customers have paid for his thingsBut no amount of money in the world would change him being an ***
If he waited a month to receive things he buys he would be an *** then too the service provider
You can't even so much as question anything about your order or he will publicly ridicule you using your address and email address

He has poor business ethics If you send an email asking for advice or problem with your order you will get a nasty email back So nasty he claims he will use your name for a special coupon code so that he make money off of youNot some one you want to do business with, he doens't appreciate it

I would never recommend using them EVER! Worst customer service, they do not answer the phone and whem they finnaly email you back it is very unprofessionaI placed an order and never got a confirmation finally heard from "nick" days later via email saying
"it wont be filled or shipped"
I now havebto wait another business days for my refund minus $cancellation fee, because THEY are canceling it!

I have ordered from this site several times Ive ordered several different deals on different days I happened to read all the rules and fallowed just as he request I have not had an issue I always get my supplies and they come in great condition

I used Craft Vinyl multiple times before this recent experience and never had any problems However, PayPal accidentally used an old address of mine for an order and I did not realize it did so until I got a shipment notification that it had been returned I figured it was no big deal and I would pay the same shipping again to Craft Vinyl to have it re-shipped out The original shipping I paid was $for a total order costing $When I contacted the seller, he told me that to re-ship it out, it would cost $ On the other hand, if I wanted a refund, I would get docked a $cancellation fee, $for out-of-pocket shipping (I have no idea what that means since I paid what he said was the shipping fee in my original purchase), and an extra 10% restocking fee Basically, I would OWE him money for asking for a refund How is that legal?!?!

I ordered from him on black Friday followed all this rules took me an hour that I could have been spent doing something else for him to cancel the orders because a few could not follow his rulesI wrote him saying how disappointed I was in him canceling the order because I ordered just from him on black Friday His response was good riddance He really doesn't want your business

You are either really late in posting this or mistaken. I also ordered on Black Friday and received my order. He never cancelled ALL the orders, but if you mentioned it anywhere on Facebook or email your order was cancelled. This was outlined on the Black Friday order page.

"NICK" at craftvinyl.com is a coward, he doesn't know how to own a business and deal with the public so he chooses to hide behind his computer screen and be rude to the customer I put in my current address when I placed the order, HIS WEBSITE kept changing it back to an old address I contacted him the day I ordered to make sure he had the correct address He told me he wouldn't fix it and it wasn't his problem I considered the money I spent "gone" and had ordered from a more reliable website Then yesterday I got an email telling me my order was sent back to him and if I just sent him more money I could have it shipped to the correct address I replied reminding him that I contacted him almost months ago telling him the situation and that I would never send him more money I told him that I had taken my business elsewhere His response was good riddance
This guy is ridiculous He won't have a business for long if he keeps treating customers like this I wouldn't recommend his sight to anyone

"His Website" never has access to your address. PayPal is what was changing your address and that's a problem with your PayPal account, not CraftVinyl's website. I mean, c'mon man.. how would Nick even know your old address to change it? The way the PayPal carts work, it's very difficult to change the address on an order, because if they ship to a different address PayPal no longer provides seller protection if you decide to say you never got it. It's standard practice to go ahead and ship, wait for it to be returned then offer to reship... but why should they pay for shipping TWICE because you didn't keep your PayPal account up-to-date?

I had recommended her to craftvinyl.com after I ordered a large quantity of vinyl for a reasonable priceShe ordered my sister-in-law some and never received itShe tried numerous times to get a hold of them to try to fix the situation and find her orderShe was unable and finally just disputed the charge on her credit cardInstead of being a responsible and mature business owner and working out the situation, Nick emailed her and told her to "f" off and griped that the dispute cost him $

This company has the cheapest prices for vinylThe quality is very goodShipping takes weeks or more but it states that on their websiteI love it and recommend it to all that can read the fine print!!!

I had made a few previous orders and had no issue except the heat transfer vinyl wasn't staying downI thought it was an error on my end and tried to change techniquesA few months ago I ordered again, and was contacted by a customer that their shirts had fallen apartI emailed Nick and simply asked if he had any advice on what I could do differentlyI was upset that I had to refund my customers order and that it now looked bad on me, but was still open to some helpI received his rambling auto response so I know the email went throughAfter a week and a half I was kind of fed up as I had not heard back from him& This is not the first time I had not received a response from an email to himI gave him the benefit of the doubt the previous time as it was around the holidaysSo I sent a follow up email saying I was very disappointed that I did not hear back from him regarding issues I was having with the vinyl bought from his siteAnd that I have decided to move my business elsewhereI concluded that paying the extra pennies more per order is worth the customer service and response to questions or concernsI added that that I was sorry that he doesn't find his customers worth his time to respondTo which I received two emailsThe first said "good riddance!" the second stated "I have ZERO emails from you asking questions about vinyl, but you probably sent it to the wrong email address or sent it to stamp.com after replying to a tracking email, but of as always that's my fault, anyway, please order elsewhere, thanks" I sent a professional reply thanking him for "confirming my opinion of his lack of customer service." To which he answered "perfect!"(Obviously having to have the last word.)
I have ever dealt with anyone (let alone a business owner) with such lack of customer service skillsHe claims he isn't "warm and fuzzy" or going to "hold people's hands" (per his review of himself on Facebook)I don't think he realizes that basic customer service doesn't require either of those thingsIt simply requires responding to customers issues and attempting to help them when you canAnd God forbid, being remotely pleasantI wish I would have read the numorous negative reviews prior to dealing with himHe claims to make so much money and that he doesn't need customers (per his responses to reviews on Facebook)Maybe he should use some of that money to hire a customer service rep seeing as he cant be bothered with it & customers are dropping like fliesIt's pretty obvious he sees no errors in his waysso there is no hope of his business changingI just hope this saves someone the grief of having to deal with him

The owner of this website conducts himself in a completely unprofessional and disgusting mannerHe uses his social media accounts purely to bully and shame customers who go to him with an issueHe posts videos and pictures displaying customers names, email addresses, and other informationSomething needs to be done about this businessOne of the website's big promotions is that you get free sheets of vinyl if you type a code into the comment box during checkoutWhen I checked out, there was no comment box, so I went on PayPal and sent a message to the seller with the codeHe didn't respond, and since this was the only reason I placed an order on this cite, I emailed him saying to cancel my orderHis response was childish to say the leastHe told me never to buy from him again and to check his Youtube page, then posted my email to him on his Youtube and Facebook page saying that I placed an order, "changed my mind" and canceled - which was not the reason or caseHe was offering my order as a contest to members of his Facebook page - a bullying technique that he uses quite often to get people to attack customers who he isn't pleased withAbsolutely disgraceful that this man is still in businessWord of adviceNEVER BUY FROM CRAFTVINYL.COM

Ordered and realized I had wrong shipping address on PP I immediately sent an email, like within seconds of order placementGot a response asking me to fill out some information EXACTLY as asked, which I didGot response to fill out information again EXACTLY as asked, which I didAgain got a response to do it again which I didIn those emails it stated I needed to have emailed them within minutes of placing order to avoid restocking fee, which I didNeedless to say, I am being charged restocking and Nick was extremely rudeI will not do business again with them and I will post everywhere I can find that the customer service is horribleHere is the email he sent me
lady you can purchase from where you want, we have polices and we stick by them no exceptions
we dont sit around twiddle our thumbs and wait for customers to email and ask us to cancel , we have a job to do, you place the order, we fill and ship it, VERY SIMPLE
if YOU used the wrong address that is YOUR fault
I AM NOT paying my hard working employees to fill and box orders, then town around and restock them , I am in business to make money , not do charity work , and my employees dont work for free, so if the order has been pulled and you want I canceled you WILL be charged a restock fee

I used to order from this company all the time! I ordered some vinyl on September 20th, knowing it would take a little longer since it was the buy one get one and as of today October 15th I still have not received anything besides a hateful email from Nick when I ask a questionIn my email I had stated that it had been business days since I put my order in and saw on the website it said 10-so I was just curiousHe sent back a bulleted emil saying all the stuff I did wrong and since I had emailed him (that being one of his biggest pet peeves as he mentioned in his email) that my order will be the last to ship outAfter I receive my last orders from him, I will NEVER order from him againHe does NOT know how to treat his customers with respect and doesn't deserve my money or anyone else's in my opinionI would much rather spend a little extra on vinyl from a company thats going to treat me with respect! Also, if you look at his Facebook page he does bash people that have a problem with their order and does giveaways after so many people have liked or commented on his rantHe is extremely unprofessional and I would love to see him shut down

I was having a problem with my payment and Nick responded right back to meIf you read the rules and know how to count, you won't have a problem! Most of his complaints are regarding shipping delaysDON'T YOU KNOW HOW TO COUNT BUSINESS DAYS PEOPLE?
