Review: I placed an order at 9:25 pm on April 29th. I cancelled the order the next morning at 8:00 am. The owner disregarded my email and mailed it on May 1. He didn't inform me until May 4 that he had already shipped the order. I informed him that he needed to hire extra people to help. He returned the email with:

I wish I would have read all these reviews before I ordered from this website. Nick is very rude and has horrible customer service. I ordered two cricut mats and they sent me one for a silhouette. He asked me for the initial on top of my recipt and I told him and he never replied. I thought he may have not seen my email. So I replied again with a '?' And he sents a '?' Back. How rude. I told him 'the initial is 'K' are you going to fix it? And then he lets me know he sent out the mats a week ago. He could have let me know. I went out of town and bought mats becuase I didn't know if he was going to fix it or not. He could have handled the situation better. Just because it's cheap doesn't mean you should shop here. [redacted] will by my go to from now on!!

Nick S[redacted] is clearly mentally ill in some way. He threatens customers with bodily harm, financial ruin, stalks people, says he knows where you live and the list goes on, all because you ask a simple question about your order. If you ask a question he will cancel your order, insult you, verbally abuse and threaten you and tell you to never order again. How this guy is allowed to operate a business is beyond me.

Very good specials, you must read the rules some stuff takes about 2 weeks to ship!

Great product! As long as you can read/follow the rules properly, you will have no problems! Always received orders and packaged well.

Review: I ordered a specific type of vinyl 651 and received another type 631. due to previous complaints regarding how this person treats his clients I did not contact him. Due to previous customers experiences he would have been rude, cursed and then on top of it being HIS fault he would have charged ME a fee. (in addition to me having to pay to ship it back). I am disabled and can't handle that type of stress. I can not afford to pay to return his mistake and a fee for his mistake.Desired Settlement: A refund of what I paid would be ideal and I will take all future business elsewhere.

Review: Placed an order thru this company and they did not have a place for shipping address. Only billing. There was a place to submit a note to seller and I asked if he could send it to a different address. Received a email several hours later and said no I can't so I have cancelled your order and charged you $3 for order cancellation. Called the owner and he has the worst customer service ever. Cussing and telling me he doesn't need my business so he isn't going to refund my $3 for an order I did not cancel, he did.Desired Settlement: $3 and his business looked into. As I see now he as a rating of F on here.

I had emailed to check on my order, it was placed 10 days ago and I had not received a confirmation from the vendor, just a PayPal receipt... Sent a friendly request just to check the status and received an auto reply that contained every answer I could have been searching for, which was NICE!

After the auto reply was received I received a 2nd email from the Vendor, Nick, accosting myself for not paying attention to the fine print when I placed the order (note: I simply asked for a status update since I had received no communication, didn't complain about the time, just asked for an update). I then did reply back to the vendor that the response was quite unprofessional and that the auto reply previously sent more than sufficed and was welcomed, to which they replied again, further criticizing myself for asking any question at all regarding my order, questioning my own ability to read and understand anything period. I finally just asked the vendor to please ship my order by the 10th business day (as was stated in the auto reply) and that I would not be placing any more orders nor referring any more business as I had done due to their great sales and options available. Response to this was that they are so slammed anyways they don't need anymore business so they're not sorry.

Mind you, All of my text has been updated with grammar that is far more proper than that given to myself, and all responses were sent as though they were a bitter, sarcastic teenager!

I used Craft Vinyl multiple times before this recent experience and never had any problems. However, PayPal accidentally used an old address of mine for an order and I did not realize it did so until I got a shipment notification that it had been returned. I figured it was no big deal and I would pay the same shipping again to Craft Vinyl to have it re-shipped out. The original shipping I paid was $4.95 for a total order costing $11. When I contacted the seller, he told me that to re-ship it out, it would cost $10.32. On the other hand, if I wanted a refund, I would get docked a $5 cancellation fee, $10.32 for out-of-pocket shipping (I have no idea what that means since I paid what he said was the shipping fee in my original purchase), and an extra 10% restocking fee. Basically, I would OWE him money for asking for a refund. How is that legal?!?!

Ordered and realized I had wrong shipping address on PP. I immediately sent an email, like within 30 seconds of order placement. Got a response asking me to fill out some information EXACTLY as asked, which I did. Got response to fill out information again EXACTLY as asked, which I did. Again got a response to do it again which I did. In those emails it stated I needed to have emailed them within 10 minutes of placing order to avoid restocking fee, which I did. Needless to say, I am being charged restocking and Nick was extremely rude. I will not do business again with them and I will post everywhere I can find that the customer service is horrible. Here is the email he sent me.

lady you can purchase from where you want, we have polices and we stick by them no exceptions

I AM NOT paying my hard working employees to fill and box orders, then town around and restock them , I am in business to make money , not do charity work , and my employees dont work for free, so if the order has been pulled and you want I canceled you WILL be charged a restock fee

He has poor business ethics If you send an email asking for advice or problem with your order you will get a nasty email back. So nasty he claims he will use your name for a special coupon code so that he make money off of you. Not some one you want to do business with, he doens't appreciate it.

I have ordered here for almost two years and never had an issue. I get my vinyl in a timely manner AND always have had a good customer relationship with emailing back and forth. Most complaints on here is because they didn't follow specific things and they complained and he didn't cater to them. I have seen countless posts about people saying they "don't need" to follow rules because they are "paying" Well it takes rules to run a company and he is being fair to ALL his customers. You don't like it, don't shop there. But petty reviews online and to the Revdex.com for which he is not a member is just idiocy.

Review: I ordered product and realized IMMEDIATELY that I might have imput the wrong address. I emailed him right away. He refused to check if I had the wrong address. Just offered to cancel the order for a $5 restocking fee and 10-25% cancellation fee.

My order didn't ship for another month and a half. It did go to the wrong address.

They notified me I had the option to reship or cancel. I cancelled.

My order was $15.30 for product and $6.95 for shipping. A total of $22.25.

I was charged a $10.32 for shipping and an addition 10% on the full amount of the order, including shipping.

With all the fees, out of $22.25, he says I will be refunded $4.75. That's only 75% refund from my product cost.Desired Settlement: Refund.

Horrible, horrible, horrible customer service. After being in business for 20 years, I've never been treated this way simply for asking for a shipping date of the products I ordered 15 days ago. Nick is berating, belittling, and was incredibly rude.

Review: Never order anything or buy from this place. I had heard before from a few people how rude the owner is and they are not playing! I have emails of him SCREAMING at me because I ask a question in his Facebook Silhouette group asking if anyone else had a long wait time for there orders to be delivered. He is rude and will not talk civil with you at all! his name is Nick Stafford. He begged me to report him to the Revdex.com! He is ridiculous and I will never do business with him again and he needs to be shut down! Also now I am hoping I get my money back from him. If not I will take further actions. I just want to save everyone the hassle of being screamed at and not talked to like a human. Review: I placed an order online for several varieties of Heat Transfer Vinyl with [redacted] on 06/04/2015 and paid $57.40 for it with my Paypal account. Upon receiving my email confirmation from Paypal I noticed that my shipping address was incorrect. I immediately tried to contact the company by phone (###-###-####) but the recorded message says that he only checks the voicemail messages once or twice a week and that I may get a faster response via email. I emailed the company using the email listed on my Paypal receipt ([redacted]) telling [redacted] that I had noticed the error and needed to change the shipping address. I gave him my Paypal transaction ID and the address I needed to change it to. I received the following response:

"Our number one goal here at [redacted] is to ship orders as fast as we possibly can, when you place an order you set into motion a chain of events that leads up to us printing, filling, boxing and shipping your order. By emailing us simply asking to make changes it DOES NOT guarantee that your order will not ship out as normal no matter how fast you email us.

With that said, to make changes to the order in any way we will have to cancel and refund the entire order and let you start over this is the only option, but, please understand if the order has already been boxed and is waiting for a shipping label to be printed we can not change the order. If the order has been boxed the only option is to refund the purchase less a restocking fee as described on our "return & refund policy" page located here [redacted].

If the order was placed as little as 2 minutes ago we have to go by the procedures below. If it was a promo or sale that clearly states no changes can be made to the order without accessing a restocking or cancellation fee, those fees will apply even if the order has not be printed.

"Making changes" to your order means ANYTHING that would change the original order

as it stands, this includes:

- changing a color,

- adding an item(s),

- removing an item(s)

- changing a size,

- changing the address (we only ship to the exact address attached to your payment, no exceptions)

- asking to cancel an order,

In order for us to cancel ANY order your email must be sent to us within 10 MINUTES after placing the order, no exceptions, if not the order will ship as normal. With that said, I need to know the exact information below, I wont be able to search for your order unless I have the exact info below.....

I need you to type out the information below, I cant search from a screen shot of the payment, or a forward of the paypal receipt. you will need to reply to this exact email and fill in the answers below. I can not look up your order from a paypal receipt number or paypal transaction ID, I need to know the EXACT information below in red. Please don't open a new email message and send us the info because I will have no clue what the info is for. You will need to hit the reply button to this email and send the info that way for move forward I need to know.....

If you do no answer EVERY question below in RED then your email will be deleted and the order will ship as normal

- the exact name on the order:

- the exact date the order was placed:

- the exact shipping address and exact zip code on the order:

- the exact email used at payment:

- the exact total on the order:

- I need to know if your order was part of promotion with an upfront agreed delay that if the order had to be changed/refunded for ANY reason there is a restocking fee: YES or NO

- I also need to know a general idea of what the order consisted of, (please don't just put something like "red vinyl" )

- Did you contact us within 10 minutes of making payment: YES or NO

NEXT, THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT: I need to know... (these are your ONLY 2 options) .

#1: do you want the original order canceled, YES or NO

or,

#2: go ahead and ship the original order as normal, YES or NO

Some days it may be 1,2 or even 3 days before we even get a chance to read or reply to you email much less try to stop your order before it ships, so with that said, if you order ships out as normal theres not much we can do, we understand the need to make changes, but, we have a job to do and that is print, fill and ship you order as fast as we can. So if by chance your order ships please don't email us and complain that you requested to cancel or make changes "a few days ago". Even if you email us 5 seconds after placing the order it does not guarantee that your order will not be shipped.

To cancel an order it takes more than just logging in and refunded the payment online. If the order has been printed it will be in our stack of orders to be filled the next day. To cancel your order we will have to manually go through each printed order n our stack of paperwork to find yours. Depending on the volume of orders we have ,

we may not have time to manually go through each order, so, if by chance your order is shipped out as normal the only option is to return it back to us as per our return & refund policy page [redacted].

This is very time sensitive, so please reply back as soon as possible, if not the order may ship as normal. If the order is not boxed and if the order is refundable we can refund the payment, but, as per our refund policy page it may be several days before the refund is issued. You can go ahead and replace the corrected order if you'd like. Refund times are here: www.[redacted]"

I replied as directed to the email by copying and pasting the "RED" section into my reply and answered each of the questions and sent it back. He responds back that I need to answer every question. Confused by his response since I had answered every question, I asked him if I missed one. He never responds. Three hours later I send him another email asking if everything is OK with my order being cancelled thinking maybe our responses were crisscrossing one another earlier. I apologize for making him do extra work and I asked him to let me know when I could replace the order. He responds only by saying, "we can not make changes, the order has to be canceled as per my first email" still not confirming or denying cancelling my order.

I waited to email him again until 06/08/15 at 10:46am, asking him if he did, in fact, cancel my order. I let him know that I never received any confirmation from him nor Paypal regarding my order. He didn't respond. I then filed a dispute through Paypal since there should have been a pending refund on my account if he had processed the return.

At 6:39 pm I received this email from him:

YOU are a coward,

DO NOT order from us again, if you ever do it will be refunded

There are a couple other emails afterwards that I can show you, too, where he told me to get lost and accused me of taking food out of his kids' mouths. I do not know what his motivation for being so mean is! I admitted my error and asked for his help in fixing it and followed his directions but he just refuses to cancel the order and refund the money back. All I asked of him was a confirmation that the cancellation had occurred so I could place the order again with the correct shipping address.Desired Settlement: Confirmed cancellation of my order and a 100% refund to my Paypal account which I used to pay for the order.

AWFUL COMPANY! SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN! Owning a business is no reason to think you can treat people any way you want! Super due!

Worst customer service ever. I was told by the owner to never buy from them again after reaching out on the status of my order that was 20 days old. No worries, I will never order from them again. I was also told I am the reason they have pages of rules, yet I followed the rules and they did not. Would never recommend this company.

JUST PLAIN RUDE!!!! I want to know how they continue to stay in business. The guy Nick is just plain rude and nasty.
