Absolutely awful and unprofessional customer service! DO NOT USE THIS SITE! I contacted Nick because of a promotion discount that did not show up on my orderI sent him an email explaining the situation, and gave him all of my order and contact infoHe sent a short email saying that the promotion was discontinuedWhen I said that it was advertisement because on the craftvinyl page, it came up and said nothing about the promotion being discontinuedHe then told me to "get lost"Are you kidding me??? I was nothing but professional and polite with him even though he was in the wrong, and he told me to get lost! NEVER USE THIS SITEHe lies on his site, and then is rude about it

worst company and human being...guarantee every one of these good reveiws is nick sitting back making false reviews on himself just like the false reviews he was putting on peoples{customers who pi**ed him off}websites for their businesses to get even. im a firm believer in carma and all you at craft vinyl who can work for someone who bullies people...yours is coming

This has been the worst customer service. I can't believe this person is in business. he thrives on belittling customers. To all the people on here saying to read the rules that is just plain ridiculous. No one should be told to "Go f$ yourself" or have personal information put on the internet. Personal phone calls should not be recorded and put on youtube to be made fun of. What if that was your mom, dad, brother, sister, wife, husband. This isn't funny. That is what is so wrong with this county. People have very little respect for others. Kindness goes along way, but unfortunately so does cruelty. Treat people the way you want to be treated. A person should not get cursed out because they asked about their order. Cheaper is not always better. You get what you pay for.

Been a customer of Nick at craft vinyl for several months now, and will continue to be. Wonderful company and staff.

I had been ordering through this business for months with no issues. On 7/7/16 I placed an order. I completed an additional order on 7/14/16. On 7/18/16, I had not received anything yet or any notifications beyond that the payment had been confirmed and emailed Nick in hopes of finding out more information on the first order. I received an automated response that answered my initial question. That automated response also stated that if my answer was thought to be in that email, I would not hear a further response from the company. I was completely ok with that. Nick, however, was not. He responded with a very rude message with a terrible tone. I apologized for having made a mistake and attempted to continue forward on a positive note. He refused and continued to respond with negative and rude comments. He stated that the order would be refunded. I requested that my 2nd order be refunded as well and he made no mention of that request in further emails.
I disputed the second payment through paypal as a means to help him identify the other order as the two orders were made under different accounts. In messages on paypal, he has continued to be rude and uncooperative. He has now told me that he will not be initiating the refund for 10 days per his policy because I had disputed the 2nd transaction. I reviewed his policy and found that the only mention of a 10 day period is in explaining that the refund can take up to 10 business days depending on how long the banks take to transfer the money back. He has since stopped responding to my questions.
I fear he is a fraud and will not return this money and we will be out of the charges that were made to his business.

I have ordered here for almost two years and never had an issue. I get my vinyl in a timely manner AND always have had a good customer relationship with emailing back and forth. Most complaints on here is because they didn't follow specific things and they complained and he didn't cater to them. I have seen countless posts about people saying they "don't need" to follow rules because they are "paying" Well it takes rules to run a company and he is being fair to ALL his customers. You don't like it, don't shop there. But petty reviews online and to the Revdex.com for which he is not a member is just idiocy.

I had emailed to check on my order, it was placed 10 days ago and I had not received a confirmation from the vendor, just a PayPal receipt... Sent a friendly request just to check the status and received an auto reply that contained every answer I could have been searching for, which was NICE!
After the auto reply was received I received a 2nd email from the Vendor, Nick, accosting myself for not paying attention to the fine print when I placed the order (note: I simply asked for a status update since I had received no communication, didn't complain about the time, just asked for an update). I then did reply back to the vendor that the response was quite unprofessional and that the auto reply previously sent more than sufficed and was welcomed, to which they replied again, further criticizing myself for asking any question at all regarding my order, questioning my own ability to read and understand anything period. I finally just asked the vendor to please ship my order by the 10th business day (as was stated in the auto reply) and that I would not be placing any more orders nor referring any more business as I had done due to their great sales and options available. Response to this was that they are so slammed anyways they don't need anymore business so they're not sorry.

Mind you, All of my text has been updated with grammar that is far more proper than that given to myself, and all responses were sent as though they were a bitter, sarcastic teenager!

I've never had an issue with multiple orders from this company. I see people complain because they can't follow his rules and then post complaints because of mistakes the buyer, not the seller makes

I have used Craft Vinyl on numerous occasions and have never had a problem. Everything always arrives in the shipping time posted on his site. All you need is a little common sense and know how to read and your order will be a breeze. Yes, he has rules but he has to for the specials that he runs. If people would read the rules and follow the shipping times they would not have a complaint. I love Craft Vinyl and WOULD recommend him to anyone that wants good prices and is not needed their item in less than 10 days, if they need it sooner they need to order from his regular price pages. I give Nick and his company an A+ and will continue to buy from him to build up my vinyl supply.

I love this business. I have never had an issue with the owner and in fact I would recommend this business to anyone looking for vinyl. Craft Vinyl is my go to vinyl place!

Nick S[redacted] is clearly mentally ill in some way. He threatens customers with bodily harm, financial ruin, stalks people, says he knows where you live and the list goes on, all because you ask a simple question about your order. If you ask a question he will cancel your order, insult you, verbally abuse and threaten you and tell you to never order again. How this guy is allowed to operate a business is beyond me.

I'm a little disgusted by the customer service I received from craftvinyl.com. Being Canadian, we pay more than our American neighbors, but can sometimes enjoy the perks of pricing from ordering online. I filled up my shopping cart, changed the country to Canada (as it gave me the option to ship internationally) and my payment kept getting rejected. I contacted the one email for the company with this email ...
Me: Hi. I'm trying to order vinyl through your website, but can't check out as Canadian. It won't accept Canadian [redacted] and when I try to pay with credit card it only gives me the option of USA. Please help!!!
Him: it has to be USA
Me: So why waste peoples time by asking for shipping info outside of the USA? If i'm given the option of "ship internationally" then I assume that I can do just that.
Him: we don't give you the option lady, paypal may but we don't, so I have ZERO clue what you are saying
Me: I'm quite shocked at the gross lack of customer service skills that you have displayed in this conversation. As a visitor to your website, I did not see anywhere that it states that you ship only to the USA. I assumed that because there was an option to change the shipping to another country, that I might be able to order some vinyl at a better price than the local craft store. I did not expect to get such a brash response from your business. I'm quite disgusted.
Maybe it's just me, but a little more of an explaination, maybe some empathy... But his response to me was downright rude. I guess when you have the cheapest prices in the world, you don't actually have to be nice to people. I'll anxiously await another rude email from him.

Nick at craft vinyl is literally the most vile, rude business owner I have EVER known. I Orderd vinyl from him on the 8th of November, mind you this was not my first order, it is now the 2nd of December, I contacted him because I am having issues with my mail carrier and I needed an eta of when the order would be here. When he called me today after my second e-mail attempt he was snarky and rude and said that was not his problem. And told me I could never order from him again, big flipping deal, I would be MORE THAN happy to NEVER order from this sorry piece of crap again!!! I hope if you are thinking about ordering from him you think again!!!! His prices may be Descent but he is an awful person! I would give him -10 stars if I could!

He has the lowest prices. Yes shipping takes a little longer than other websites. BUT FOR HEAVENS SAKE IT'S POSTED IN CAPS HOW LONG SHIPPING WILL TAKE! He also posts that changes to addresses will NOT happen. It is too much of a hassle. If people would just read his rules like an ADULT they would know how to shop his site. Goodness gracious it's not that hard people.

I have been ordering from here for a year. I have never had any problems with getting my orders. He has rules you have to follow just like most companies. You will not get your order in 2 days like Amazon. They have several orders every hour and they do things by hand. It takes time. I emailed one time before with my paypal receipt and my order was to me in a few days. I never got a nasty gram from the owner. These are great deals you just have to be patient, and its worth it. If you need it faster then dont order from them an pay more somewhere else. Just stock up on the sales days like everyone else does that are regular loyal customers. There is no need to be a jerk to them. They are people just like we are and work hard just like we do. If you cant handle the wait and the honesty from them then dont order. Iam sure I order enough every month to cover :)

I ordered on the Black Friday special, and I followed all the rules. (Which are terrible, IMO, but I did it.) And then I found out my order was cancelled because he was annoyed that no one could follow his rules. So why did I have to be put in a bad spot, because they can't read? And then he calls me an it, but I did nothing wrong...

How this business is still thriving is a mystery to me! The owner, Nick, treats his customers with the utmost DISRESPECT! He bashes his customers who have any type of problem with his order by ranting about them on social media. I was a paying customer who never had any issues. Yet, I could not stand the egotism this owner shows each time something doesn't go in his favor. He needs a serious lesson is treating customers with respect and using good business practices. I first ignored others' comments on his rudeness and inability to use good manners when dealing with questions or problems with orders. I can't ignore it any longer. The amount of rudeness and disregard for customers' privacy and loyalty is blatantly obvious by scrolling through the comments on his Facebook page. Poor business practice. Rude, degrading owner. I will never give him my business again or recommend him to others.

Okay so I ordered only 2 sheets of vinyl on the free shipping Friday two weeks ago and it has been 10 business days since I ordered them and still have not recieved them. So I kindly emailed and told the company I had not yet recieved my order and I asked if they could tell me If it had shipped. All I got back was a rude reply saying that I was wrong and nothing about had it been shipped yet. SO I said can you please tell me if it has shipped yet, no need to be rude. What great customer service and they replied again saying they are refunding me and I was told NEVER to order from them again. I don't recommend this company and I don't agree with the way they handled this situation.

I have ordered from Craft Vinyl several times, and have had one issue- the tracking number showed that my package had been delivered to the incorrect address. I emailed Craft Vinyl, and he looked into the issue, and emailed me telling me I would be getting my vinyl, and sure enough, I got it with no problem at all. He may not be Mr Warm&Fuzzy, but he runs his business well, there's never any mistakes in my orders, and I get it within the time frame he has stated on his website. His "rules" seem to scare and upset people, but they're very easy to follow and his prices are great. I will keep ordering from him.
