This place has THE best prices! Craft Vinyl is not a bad place as long as you THOROUGHLY READ and FOLLOW the rules. Many of the complaints against this company are CUSTOMER errors not the company.

As long as you follow the rules this is a great place to order from. Cheap prices and good deals just follow the rules.

I took the time to read all the rules for a great sale he was running. I ordered......and waited. I had added up the days.....and extra days for delivery that I had agreed to ........and my order arrived right on time in prefect condition. Great experience with this company. But, I can read very well and take the time to do it.

I have shopped here numerous times and personally never had issues with my orders due to following the rules. The rules and policies however are completely ridiculous and if not followed to the t he will cancel your order and charge a fee. Yesterday (Black Friday) he announced on his Facebook business page he cancelled his promotions early due to "it" customers not following directions. After stating my opinion on how inappropriate that was I was blocked from his business and group pages.
Nick, the owner manager, has a history of bullying and belittling people constantly and for some reason thinks it's ok. I wanted to post a buyers beware before dealing with this guy or giving him your money after knowing how he treats people.

I placed an order on Feb 19 2016, I made 2 phone calls and wrote emails with only an automated repose. After sending yet another email with and attached copy of my paypal summary I was then contacted by Nick. Not with an apology but a number to contact him, so I call....Shocker he wasn't "in the office". So he finally calls me back and ask if I want a FULL Refund....NOPE I was only hoping for half! ARE YOU KIDDING ME. Yes I want a full refund. Now claims he has tried to contact me several times that my vinyl has been sitting on his desk!!!!! You and your business are a JOKE. You have no emails nor do I backing up your statement. I tried to be as patient as anyone could be. None the less its been 40 DAYS and you have had MY MONEY the whole time....Yes I want either the product or my money...I will NEVER and I mean NEVER buy from them again!!!!

Not only is the owner RUDE, he takes pride in being a bully. Threatening to make youtube videos and display your personal information is not ok. My order was never shipped, I never received a refund and all the owner did was make a youtube video about me. He never offered ANY help. Take your money elsewhere there are many other vinyl companies that provide excellent customer service.

This my first time purchasing from Nick- and I will NEVER do so again. I placed an order and added one of CraftVinyl's specials, but realized immediate after that I didn't need some of the items. I checked the refund policy page, and it simply stated that PayPal would refund my money aside from a $3 restocking fee. So- I sent him a message through PayPal, not realizing that this would create a dispute (we all know how confusing PayPal can be) simply stating to please cancel the order and that I understand that I will forfeit the restocking fee. I then followed up with an email- again stating that I made a mistake and to please cancel the order. Not even ten minutes later I get an email response "did you just disputed the charge? are you kidding me?... DO NOT order from us again. You will not be getting a refund from me- PayPal will have to give you th refund and it will take at least 10 days.. Do you realize the accounting nightmare this bull[redacted]t causes?" To make matters worse, he then sent over response through PayPal "do not order from us again. Pathetic." Who does this guy think he is!? Throughout the remaining stream of emails, I apologized profusely for what was initially my mistake and told him I would do anything at all to resolve the issue. However, all I got in return was more demeaning comments and profane language. I will NEVER recommend Nick to anyone looking for a vinyl vendor. His prices may be cheap- but I would rather pay an arm and a leg for a product rather than allowing another "professional" to speak to me that way.

The prices from this company are almost impossible to beat. They have a lot of rules, but for the price, it's great for back stock. The sales don't always include the most popular colors. Just follow the rules and be patient, it's worth it. Have ordered about 6 times, have not yet been disappointed.

Craft Vinyl is a great place to order HTV, Oracal 651 and other vinyls. I highly recommend them. I have always read through and followed the rules that are written on each page. I have always received my order as expected. They ship priority mail and in sturdy boxes. I am a mother of 2 and Craft Vinyl is a great place to save money on supplies so that I may spoil my little ones.

I wish I would have read all these reviews before I ordered from this website. Nick is very rude and has horrible customer service. I ordered two cricut mats and they sent me one for a silhouette. He asked me for the initial on top of my recipt and I told him and he never replied. I thought he may have not seen my email. So I replied again with a '?' And he sents a '?' Back. How rude. I told him 'the initial is 'K' are you going to fix it? And then he lets me know he sent out the mats a week ago. He could have let me know. I went out of town and bought mats becuase I didn't know if he was going to fix it or not. He could have handled the situation better. Just because it's cheap doesn't mean you should shop here. I ordered from Craftvinyl a few times. When I ordered my Rhinestones, they came in ziploc baggies. One of the baggies, with BLUE stones, well, it was FULL of tiny wood chips. It appeared like pieces of a pallet or the like. When I sent an email to Nick, his response was priceless. I said in my email, " I received my order, however, in one of the bags, there were an awful lot of tiny wood chips, and being Rhinestones, this is going to be extremely difficult to clean out and successfully use these stones." Nick replied " Then don't be stupid and put wood in the bag" What a jerk. Now why would I waste my time: 1. to do something so childish, 2. waste my time doing it to ONE BAG 3. WASTE my time emailing a BABY that owns a company that puts woods chips in a baggie full of rhinestones, knowing full well that he acts like he is the king of everything and the world OWES him. Entitlement is not attractive, no matter how much you stare in that mirror. I will NEVER EVER recommend this place.

I've read the negative reviews. Most, if not all of the complaints were due to people not bothering to read the policies VERY CLEARLY STATED ON EACH PAGE of Craftvinyl's website. I've bought from them, and am 100% happy with the speed of delivery, the pricing (this guy has GREAT prices) and product.
A little reading, common sense and NOT immediately threatening to use the Revdex.com and PayPal dispute as weapons go a long way.

I have never dealt with a business like this before. I asked about the status of an order that I placed on March 22. Today is April 11 and I haven't received a tracking number or any communication except that [redacted] has charged my credit card already.
The response I got back from the owner, [redacted], was unbelievable. I cannot believe the names he called me. He also told me never to order from him again. I have never been treated so rudely by anybody. I will have to open a dispute with [redacted] now.

The owner nick was very disrespectful. I had a question and made a mistake and was asking for clarification. I got told not to contact him and that he didn't need my sale bc he made so much last year.
I thought I had gotten it bad from him but looks from the other reviews I got off easy. This man should NOT be in business the way he treats the customers who pay HIS bills. Terrible customer service, Id happily pay double for my craft needs before I give this man my business again.

I absolutely LOVE ordering from Craftvinyl.com! His prices are the best! Even after reading all the negative reviews I still order and will order from Nick! The people who complain are the people that do not read the ENTIRE page and then claim they do, or they count weekends and holidays as business days! I have NEVER had any issues... as adults we should be able to follow his rules, and know how to count business days.

Worst customer service ever. I was told by the owner to never buy from them again after reaching out on the status of my order that was 20 days old. No worries, I will never order from them again. I was also told I am the reason they have pages of rules, yet I followed the rules and they did not. Would never recommend this company.

First of all, I have done no business with the person but my 74 year old sister has. She DID NOT read everything on his site before she placed an order and sure enough she made an address mistake. Her fault...totally. What I didn't appreciate was the nasty email he sent her calling her a "coward" for filing a dispute with PayPal after she had tried contacting him through 10 EMAILS and MULTIPLE PHONE CALLS to see what she could do to get the vinyl. She is 74! When she received the email she called me and began to shake and cry. NOT COOL!!!! I read his
I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS VENDOR TO ANYONE STRICKLY BECAUSE OF HIS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. He actually just sent me an email stating "Go fk yourself how's that for customer service?" He thanked me for filing a complaint "because it drives my business up anyway." Unbelievable. I hope someone calls me from the Revdex.com to verify this complaint because I saved the emails as proof.

I have ordered from Craft Vinyl several times and have never had any problems. If you read the instructions on the special price items - there is no problem. They do have the best prices out there! If you need your project like tomorrow - don't buy these specials.
