The prices from this company are almost impossible to beat. They have a lot of rules, but for the price, it's great for back stock. The sales don't always include the most popular colors. Just follow the rules and be patient, it's worth it. Have ordered about 6 times, have not yet been disappointed.

Review: I ordered a small amount of vinyl for my daughter's cheerleading squad on 8/31/2015. I needed it by their team pictures the following saturday so the next day I logged into my email to check the status. I realized immediately that [redacted] had a very old address stored. I use [redacted] frequently and have even ordered from CraftVinyl before. I still don't know how the old address got submitted. Regardless, I emailed Nick at Craft Vinyl and asked him to verify that the address was correct. After searching thru older [redacted] receipts, I realized that it had indeed been sent to the wrong address. I received at automated response regarding order changes. I emailed again stating that I now needed to see what course of action was the most speedy and efficient. Today, I still had not received an email that actually addressed my particular situation. I received a snarky, vague response. After a series of exchanges and him making it obvious he had no desire to be helpful, I called [redacted] and asked them to dispute the charges. Within minutes I had 3 missed calls from an out of state caller. He then started emailing me:

[redacted]are you serious with me right now a dispute YOU are a coward, DO NOT order form us again, YOU are pathetic, YOU are the exact reason why I have so many generic emails, YOU made the mistake and YOU used the wrong address and now you expect ME to pay for it 100% , not how it works I will get my money back, I can promise you that[redacted] I was on the telephone sorting out some cell phone issues but answered the call once I finished. He started yelling, and I told him not to call me anymore. He called me over 75 times in 20 minutes. I emailed him and told to stop harassing me.

how dare YOU make a mistake then dispute the charge, I will call, contact, email, and whatever else I need to do until I get MY money back, call the cops to whatever, [redacted] The calls continued until 8:30 Pm or so... from 6:30-8:30 Pm I received over ONE HUNDRED calls from Nick Stafford- the owner. He even googled me and found my business phone and started blowing up that number too. He told me at one point during the conversation "I have your home address now which is where you messed up" He even told me he was going to pretend to be a client and be prepared. I truly wish I had read these reviews before ever purchasing from this scam company,. I ended up having to call the police and press charges for harassing communication. Even after emailing him and asking him to stop communicating with me (as advised by the officer) he responded with :

[redacted]you WILL NOT rip me off then walk away, no way no how, so go ahead and call your little cop buddies and have them ready , ** is a long drive to ** , I will be calling tomorrow, this is a collection effort talk to ya tomorrow![redacted] This is guy is seriously unstableDesired Settlement: I just want to hopefully save someone else from this nightmare. I feel sure that [redacted] will rectify this situation but now I am concerned this psycho is going to attempt to file this on my credit. Please stay away from this company!

Review: This company did not send a order confirmation but took my money and did not ship my order. Emailed and called multiple times with no response. Opened a claim with the payment provider and then they started emailing me harassing me endlessly since then calling me indescribable names just because I asked when my order would ship.

I ordered 4 sets of every color for the 4th of July special. I followed all the rules, and was willing to wait. I was surprised when I received 3 sets very quickly. All my tracking numbers were in a row and I waitied another week and still no 4th package so I emailed him nicely to make sure that the 4th wasn't lost. He very rudely answered me back that he was sick of emails from his customers. I told him he could have answered me nicely in the same amount of time it took to answer rudely. He told me to get lost and didn't need me as a customer. Well he will NEVER get anymore of my hard earned money with an attitude like that no matter what the savings. Nick is a total jerk that needs to be put out of business to show him his cocky attitude doesn't pay off!

I'm a little disgusted by the customer service I received from craftvinyl.com. Being Canadian, we pay more than our American neighbors, but can sometimes enjoy the perks of pricing from ordering online. I filled up my shopping cart, changed the country to Canada (as it gave me the option to ship internationally) and my payment kept getting rejected. I contacted the one email for the company with this email ...

Me: Hi. I'm trying to order vinyl through your website, but can't check out as Canadian. It won't accept Canadian [redacted] and when I try to pay with credit card it only gives me the option of USA. Please help!!!

Him: it has to be USA

Me: So why waste peoples time by asking for shipping info outside of the USA? If i'm given the option of "ship internationally" then I assume that I can do just that.

Him: we don't give you the option lady, paypal may but we don't, so I have ZERO clue what you are saying

Me: I'm quite shocked at the gross lack of customer service skills that you have displayed in this conversation. As a visitor to your website, I did not see anywhere that it states that you ship only to the USA. I assumed that because there was an option to change the shipping to another country, that I might be able to order some vinyl at a better price than the local craft store. I did not expect to get such a brash response from your business. I'm quite disgusted.

Maybe it's just me, but a little more of an explaination, maybe some empathy... But his response to me was downright rude. I guess when you have the cheapest prices in the world, you don't actually have to be nice to people. I'll anxiously await another rude email from him.

Absolutely awful and unprofessional customer service! DO NOT USE THIS SITE! I contacted Nick because of a promotion discount that did not show up on my order. I sent him an email explaining the situation, and gave him all of my order and contact info. He sent a short email saying that the promotion was discontinued. When I said that it was false advertisement because on the craftvinyl page, it came up and said nothing about the promotion being discontinued. He then told me to "get lost". Are you kidding me??? I was nothing but professional and polite with him even though he was in the wrong, and he told me to get lost! NEVER USE THIS SITE. He lies on his site, and then is rude about it.

I have never dealt with a business like this before. I asked about the status of an order that I placed on March 22. Today is April 11 and I haven't received a tracking number or any communication except that [redacted] has charged my credit card already.

The response I got back from the owner, [redacted], was unbelievable. I cannot believe the names he called me. He also told me never to order from him again. I have never been treated so rudely by anybody. I will have to open a dispute with [redacted] now.

I'm sorry I didn't do my research first! The owner of this business is rude and unstable. I emailed because me order was wrong. Instead of apologizing and trying to fix it, he became rude and nasty. I tried calling and was hung up on so I filed a dispute. He threatened to order something from my Etsy shop and file a complaint against me!

Review: I ordered from craftvinyl.com on 2/22/15. I emailed 3 times requesting a shipping update and received no legitimate response. The tracking information sent claimed that the item was in transit but there was no tracking past VA or 3/5 indicating that the item possibly had a shipping label created and marked as shipped, but had not been shipped. After no response from the company I filed a paypal complaint to which the company immediately responded to in an inappropriate fashion. I want my money refunded and an apolog as well as no further contact from that man.

I had made a few previous orders and had no issue except the heat transfer vinyl wasn't staying down. I thought it was an error on my end and tried to change techniques. A few months ago I ordered again, and was contacted by a customer that their shirts had fallen apart. I emailed Nick and simply asked if he had any advice on what I could do differently. I was upset that I had to refund my customers order and that it now looked bad on me, but was still open to some help. I received his rambling auto response so I know the email went through. After a week and a half I was kind of fed up as I had not heard back from him. & This is not the first time I had not received a response from an email to him. I gave him the benefit of the doubt the previous time as it was around the holidays. So I sent a follow up email saying I was very disappointed that I did not hear back from him regarding issues I was having with the vinyl bought from his site. And that I have decided to move my business elsewhere. I concluded that paying the extra pennies more per order is worth the customer service and response to questions or concerns. I added that that I was sorry that he doesn't find his customers worth his time to respond. To which I received two emails... The first said "good riddance!" the second stated "I have ZERO emails from you asking questions about vinyl, but you probably sent it to the wrong email address or sent it to stamp.com after replying to a tracking email, but of as always that's my fault, anyway, please order elsewhere, thanks" I sent a professional reply thanking him for "confirming my opinion of his lack of customer service." To which he answered "perfect!". (Obviously having to have the last word.)

I have ever dealt with anyone (let alone a business owner) with such lack of customer service skills... He claims he isn't "warm and fuzzy" or going to "hold people's hands" (per his review of himself on Facebook)... I don't think he realizes that basic customer service doesn't require either of those things. It simply requires responding to customers issues and attempting to help them when you can. And God forbid, being remotely pleasant. I wish I would have read the numorous negative reviews prior to dealing with him. He claims to make so much money and that he doesn't need customers (per his responses to reviews on Facebook)... Maybe he should use some of that money to hire a customer service rep seeing as he cant be bothered with it & customers are dropping like flies. It's pretty obvious he sees no errors in his ways... so there is no hope of his business changing... I just hope this saves someone the grief of having to deal with him.

Worst internet buying experience ever. My order was short and I emailed but never received a response. I tried to contact via the web page and never received a response. I called and I can't believe the cussing I heard on the other end when I said what was wrong and asked that it be sent. Rude! Rude! Rude. Never did receive it, but it wasn't a lot of money and I chalk it up to the price of a learning experience. Never again.

I ordered from him on black Friday followed all this rules took me an hour that I could have been spent doing something else for him to cancel the orders because a few could not follow his rules. I wrote him saying how disappointed I was in him canceling the order because I ordered just from him on black Friday His response was good riddance He really doesn't want your business.

I have ordered from Craft Vinyl several times, and have had one issue- the tracking number showed that my package had been delivered to the incorrect address. I emailed Craft Vinyl, and he looked into the issue, and emailed me telling me I would be getting my vinyl, and sure enough, I got it with no problem at all. He may not be Mr Warm&Fuzzy, but he runs his business well, there's never any mistakes in my orders, and I get it within the time frame he has stated on his website. His "rules" seem to scare and upset people, but they're very easy to follow and his prices are great. I will keep ordering from him.

Review: I placed an order with Craftvinyl.com on 3/20/16. I understood (after reading the lengthy "rules") that my order would take 10-14 days to process. 28 DAYS LATER I still do not have my package. After sending multiple e-mails and leaving multiple voice messages, every attempt went unanswered. I finally filed a dispute with [redacted] and...shocker...within 1 hour I get an email from Nick saying "DO NOT order from us again." Uhhh dont worry, I won't. And neither should anybody else. I was offered NO resolution and NO apology. Somehow or another he provided [redacted] with a tracking number stating my package was delivered. Mind you I WAS NEVER provided with this tracking number. And I also NEVER received my package. I don't know what kind of shady "business" this guy is running, but he sure does not care about keeping customers! CONSIDER YOURSELF WARNED!Desired Settlement: I do not care to receive my package at this point, as I do not want to put any additional money in the pockets of this scam artist. However I do want MY MONEY refunded, since I have nothing to show in return!

I recently placed an order via the craftvinyl.com website. I did not see the part in his loooooong page of "rules" that by ordering on a 'special day' (Tuesday) that I agreed to wait 10-14 days for shipment. I mean his rules just ramble on and on and are very hard to follow. So after a week I sent a polite email, and he sent back an angry email back shortly after. I will never ever give him my hard earned money again without a doubt! No matter how busy he is, the 'rules' are Ridiculously long and confusing, and he is the rudest person I have ever dealt with.

They are hands down the worst company I have ever dealt with. They don't properly package the vinyl so when I received it it was bent. I messaged him about it he basically said too bad too sad. That's why they stick an "extra" amount on their vinyl. I will never ever use him again.

I guess I should say I was warned as a preface. [redacted] has a lot of posts about this place but also a lot of posts of support. I placed an order for a special Sunday deal on March 22. Even though I don’t have my old address listed with [redacted], when I got the PP notification I noticed it was shipped to the wrong address. I immediately emailed the company. I received an email back that basically said, “read the rules.” Well, the rules are poorly written and confusing but I didn’t see what I should do so on Monday afternoon I sent another email. The response was calling me illiterate and cancelling my order, PLUS charging me a $3 restocking fee even though his rules say he doesn’t mail until 10 days. He had plenty of time to change the address. Silly me, I still wanted this “bargain” so I called to try to straighten this out. He was even ruder on the phone. I told him I was contacting the Revdex.com and laughed and told me to go ahead. He’s not a member and there’s nothing they can do because their policies are on their website for anyone who can read. I contacted [redacted] and they are looking into it but the representative on the phone said that the address was furnished by the seller and is not in their data base.

Review: The man (Nick ?) has been extremely rude and is now refusing to refund me for a purchase that I have been trying to find since in the [redacted] since June. Nick has claimed that it's his money and not theirs and it is no longer his problem. I have several emails where he has been less than helpful and now has refused to look through his system for refund information. When he requested from me to send him the [redacted] information from the original purchase, I was unable to locate the information and started contacting via [redacted] at which time he sent me a message telling me to start shopping elsewhere and now am unable to get ahold of him to find out about my current refund I am trying to get back. With the amount of complaints he has with you at the Revdex.com I am surprised he even still has a business and they seem to all be ruffly the same comppaint. I have never been treated so unfairly and like I don't matter as a person by a business owner before like this man has made me feel. It is disgusting that he is allowed to treat people like this and has not lost his business license yet.Desired Settlement: I just want my money back for the purchase and never have to deal with this seller again.

Review: On Aug. 4th, I ordered from the special on his website. I followed the numerous rules. I should have received my order on by August 18th according to the rules. When I did not receive it by August 20th, I contacted the owner. I gave him some time and contacted him again on Sept. 17th. I received a very nasty reply where he called me illiterate, a coward and a mn:

"Your a mn who can’t read. I am tired of all these ileterates who think they can abuse me.

Your a coward. Never order from me again. Your order was sent. Your problem now" I have a complaint pending with [redacted] but I'd rather just have my stuffDesired Settlement: I want the order replaced.

This man has no people skills and he needs to get shut down.
