I'm sorry that this has been frustrating for you. Unfortunately, our responses to you via our support system remain the only course of resolution. You will need to send the form and requested documents to verify your...

identity.
The verification questions come to us directly from the credit bureaus and are in place to accurately match you to your credit report. Because you were unable to answer them correctly, we require that you send in the documents to verify your identity. Once we receive the documents, we will follow up with you via email to confirm.
Please let me know if you have other questions.

Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (2000, 7, 2015/11/25) */
(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
They obviously have no intention of even addressing the problem, so I have no other choice but to accept and move on

It looks like the information you provided does not meet the input requirements provided by the credit bureau Equifax. I suggest that you download your credit report from www.annualcreditreport.com to view and verify the exact...

format of your personal information. You will need to enter this in exactly as it is shown on your existing credit report in order to bypass [redacted] registration failure.
Alternatively, you can send the documents requested in our prior correspondence.
Thanks for your patience.

Hi [redacted] -
All of the credit report information on Credit Karma comes straight from TransUnion and Equifax, two of the three major credit bureaus. We're not a credit bureau, so we don't have the ability to make changes to your credit...

report.
At Credit Karma, we focus on providing credit score and credit health resources. If you would like to review your full credit reports, please click on the following links to view your report:
TransUnion credit report: https://www.creditkarma.com/myfinances/creditreport/transunion#overview
Equifax credit report: https://www.creditkarma.com/myfinances/creditreport/equifax#overview
To correct errors you see on Credit Karma, you must file a dispute directly with the credit bureau that shows the error.
To file a dispute with TransUnion, please head over to the TransUnion site here: http://www.transunion.com/personal-credit/credit-disputes/credit-disputes.page /> To file a dispute with Equifax, please head over to the Equifax site here: https://www.ai.equifax.com/CreditInvestigation/home.action The 10-digit confirmation number is *not required* to fill out this form.
Let me know if you have any more questions.

I am rejecting this response because:Your answer is a joke.  You have set computerized responses that do nothing but put the customer off and require them to contact you again.  If you're not going to provide a phone number for Customer Service then you shouldn't be in business!
Sincerely,
[redacted]

In our instructions sent to you on Monday, we provided you with multiple ways to update the email address on your account.

You can follow our account replacement process here: [redacted]

Credit Karma is a free service meant to show you how different actions might impact your credit score. The scores and credit reports you see on our site come directly from the bureaus TransUnion and Equifax.
Your scores can...

change for many different reasons, and can change at any time. If you did not authorize the hard inquiry, it can be removed.
If you have a hard inquiry that you did not authorize, you may need to file a dispute with the credit bureaus to have it removed.
To file a dispute with TransUnion, please head over to the TransUnion site here: http://www.transunion.com/personal-credit/credit-disputes/credit-disputes.page /> To file a dispute with Equifax, please head over to the Equifax site here: https://www.ai.equifax.com/CreditInvestigation/home.action
The 10-digit confirmation number is *not required* to fill out this form.
Let me know if you have any more questions.

Both scores on the website are VantageScore 3.0 scores but the two score numbers are provided separately by TransUnion and Equifax. Each bureau generates a score calculated from information on your report at that bureau. Not all lenders report to each of the three bureaus and the bureaus may not...

update your report information at the same time. This can cause differences in the score numbers generated from those reports at each bureau even when the same score model is being used. You can compare the information from each bureau's report in the Credit Report section of the website. Once you are on this page, you can scroll down to compare the credit information held by each of the bureaus. It can also help to check the individual factors that impact your scores from each bureau in the Credit Factors section of your account. You'll specifically want to review the "What Can Impact my Score" section listed underneath your credit scores and look for differences in the information on each bureau's report. You can review this information here: [redacted]I hope this helps, please let me know if you have any other questions.

We are able to resolve this issue if the member can contact us directly using the email address on file - there is simply a typo error in the email address used to register.
Please have him or her contact us at [redacted]@creditkarma.com. Thanks!

Some companies use names similar to ours to get people to pay for their services. If this happened and you...

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 11996431, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
On everyones credit score page on Credit Karma it clearly shows your regular Transunion and Equifax scores with the original Transunion and Equifax logos and Credit Karma states right there that the scores are provided by Transunion and Equifax and it does NOT say anything at all about VANTAGE SCORE on that page, yet the original Transunion and Equifax scores that Credit Karma is claiming to show you are an outrageous 60 to 65 points higher than your real Transunion and Equifax scores . They are deceiving you by showing you these much higher Transunion and Equifax scores and they know it. I'm sure it draws more people to Credit Karmas site where they do plenty of advertising for creditors etc...

Sincerely,[redacted]

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2015/05/27) */
[redacted],
I'm sorry for the frustration. I can see that you're having trouble with your Credit Karma registration. It looks like the information you're using to register doesn't match the information Equifax has on file. Please try past names...

or nicknames you have used (e.g. a maiden name or [redacted] for "[redacted]"), if applicable, and your former address, if you've moved recently.

You can modify your personal information here: https://www.creditkarma.com/myprofile/personal

If this doesn't solve the problem, I would also recommend checking your full credit report at www.annualcreditreport.com(https://www.annualcreditreport.com) to see what information Equifax has on record for you, then updating your information and trying to complete registration again.

Please let me know if you have any other questions.

Final Business Response /* (4000, 12, 2015/06/15) */
[redacted],
We will use your SSN to validate your identity with the TransUnion and Equifax credit bureaus and retrieve your credit scores.
During registration, we will ask for the last four digits of your SSN. However, if we require additional validation, the system will automatically ask for your full nine digits.
Credit Karma is subject to certain record keeping and information retention requirements. Therefore, if you were to deactivate your Credit Karma account, we cannot delete your information outright. However, your information is stored on secure servers and your account will be inactive and inaccessible to anyone other than Credit Karma authorized personnel.
You can read more in the "Terminating Your Account" section of our verified TRUSTe privacy policy here. (http://www.creditkarma.com/about/privacy)
If you have further concerns, please feel free to let me know. I'd be happy to answer them.

[redacted] -  It looks like you opted to allow Credit Karma to check participating lenders for pre-approved personal loan offers for you here on Credit Karma. It sounds like you received this message because you did not meet the lender's pre-approval requirements. You never actually applied for...

this loan and no hard inquiry was made on your credit report. The only information passed on to this lender was gained via a soft inquiry, which will not appear on your credit report and won't affect your score at all. Please let me know if you have any further questions about this matter. [redacted]Member Support Manager

I am more than happy to help you resolve the issues you're having with logging into your Credit Karma account. You will need to contact us directly at [redacted]@creditkarma.com so we can verify who you are before proceeding.
It...

looks like the email you received was just to notify you that an inquiry has fallen off your report (email sent 5/5/15), not that a new inquiry was made. Please let me know if you see a different message.
Thanks for your patience,
