They told me they are investigating and have made it a priority, yet they have failed to contact me since and have ignored all messages. Their state filings are not reaching their destination and they are doing nothing about it and purposely not responding to anyone. I have never had this issue with any tax filing service and I know several other people with the same issue. Credit karma needs to RESPOND to this issue immediately.
