This may just be a technical issueIf possible, please try the same action with a different browser, such as Google Chrome or Safari. For security reasons, Credit Karma is only compatible with the three most recent versions of each browser. I can see that you have already canceled your Credit
Karma accountWe hope to see you again in the future! *** **Member Support Manager

Credit bureaus use many different scoring models, even within the same credit bureauEach bureau can use dozens of different credit score models based on the requirements of different lenders. Each credit score model has a slightly different formula that takes into account over different factors
of your credit report; like a thumbprint, no credit score model is exactly the sameIn addition, credit scores can change anytime so you have to make sure you are comparing credit scores from the same day
On your Credit Karma account, you will see the VantageScore scoring model, provided individually by TransUnion and Equifax.VantageScore incorporates a broader set of credit-related data and can score up to million more people than other models With so many different scoring models out there, you never know which score a bank will use, but VantageScore is a strong predictor for what the banks may see
Hope this helps! If you have more questions, please feel free to let me know.Regards,*** **Member Support Manager

Maybe I haven't been clear - The account matching your personal information is already deactivatedIf you are sending documents, it is because you intend to update the email address on the account to be tied to your personal email addressWe would reactivate the account in that circumstanceAs of right now, the account will remain deactivated and another account cannot be created using the personal information on the account
Credit Karma is subject to certain record keeping and information retention requirementsTherefore, thought we deactivated the account, we cannot delete your information outrightHowever, your information is stored on secure servers and your account will be inactive and inaccessible to anyone other than Credit Karma authorized personnel
If you choose to file a police report, we would be happy to cooperate with the investigation
Please have the officer or investigator contact the Member Support Manager directly at ***@creditkarma.comThank you for your patience

Unfortunately, we can't know for sure if lenders will approve or decline applications, as it's totally up to the lenderHowever, we do the best we can by basing our approval odds on historical data
We'll be the first to
admit that we don't always get it right, but please know that we're always working to build better models and give people the best information that we canOur goal is to always do what's best for our members
Credit scores are based on many different factors and can change for unanticipated reasons
The information shown in the Credit Factors (https://www.creditkarma.com/myfinances/scores/) were developed by Credit Karma as a way to present the key components impacting your credit score in an easily understood formatHere you'll also see the different level of impact that the various factors have on your credit scoreCredit inquiries are low impact and generally only affect your score for a short period of time, and then are removed after two years
Please keep in mind that the factors as they are presented here ("Excellent" to " Very Poor") do not directly affect the credit score calculation you see on this page (https://www.creditkarma.com/myfinances/scores/), as those scores are created using the VantageScore model, and are provided by TransUnion and by Equifax
The Credit Factors are only meant to help members see how they compare on averageThe "Excellent" to "Very Poor" are determined by averaging the scores of Credit Karma members within each rangeThis doesn't mean that all members with a "Poor" or "Very Poor" in one particular category will have a low credit score, but that *on average* members within that range have a lower credit score
Please let me know if I can provide you with any further assistance

The frequency of the updates can vary by the credit bureau and the lenderIn most cases, you can expect your creditors to report new balances, payment activity, credit limit changes, or late payment information every
days

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me
Sincerely,
*** ***What Was the business response? I don't see it in this correspondence

I'm sorry for the miscommunication, ***It looks like you are unable to access your account because the information you entered during registration does not match what is on file with TransUnion. Please try past names or nicknames you have used (e.ga maiden name or "***" for "***"), if applicable, and your former MAILING address, if you've moved recently, and double-check your SSN.During registration, we will ask for the last four digits of your SSNHowever, if we require additional validation, the system will automatically ask for your full nine digitsIf this doesn't solve the problem, I would also recommend checking your full credit report at www.annualcreditreport.com to see what information TransUnion has on record for you, then updating your information and trying to register again. Please let me know if you have any other questionsRegards,*** ** Member Support Manager
