We are sorry to hear of this customer’s negative experience Because we provide a financial service, we require signed authorization to cancel our merchant accounts This customer had two merchant accounts with our company We received signed authorization to cancel one of the accounts, which was closed as promised It appears we did not receive the signed cancellation request for the other account, so it remained open We can confirm the accounts are now closed A refund was processed to this customer’s checking account for $on 2/ Another refund for $was processed to this customer’s checking account on 2/ We have also requested a refund of $249.95, which should deposit into the customer’s checking account in the next to business days These were all of the service fees charged to this customer by iPayment, this customer’s merchant processor, during this time period

I originally lodged the complaint in January of this year but made an official one through this Revdex.com site March 16th, the resolution came back that they would refund me the $for the unauthorized fees for Trans Armor ProtectionI closed the matter because it indicated I would have the refund in weeks into my bankI still have not received the refundThanks, Michael 312-502-Refund of $

I contacted this merchant card processing center on June 1st to inform them that I was closing my business on June 30th"It's a good thing you've contacted us early in the month," my customer service rep told me"Otherwise, we'd have to wait another month to close your account and discontinue your service." CreditCardProcessing.com emailed me a form to complete -- asking the date my business would be closing -- which I was to print out, complete, sign, scan, and return to them which I did, asking for receipt confirmationWhich I gotThis past Saturday (6/11) two customers tried to make major purchases at our shop with their credit cardsIn both instances, I received a *MERCH ERROR* message and the charge wouldn't processI next called the company's toll-free customer service number, where I was connected with a technical support representative who confirmed that all the information I provided was trueMy account shouldn't have been closed until June 30thThe technical support rep told me that he was located in a "call center" and that I'd have to call back on Monday suggesting that I call as soon as the customer service department opened--4:AM he saidSo, I set my alarm clock got up extra early on Monday morning and called againOnce more, I was connected with a technical support person; he told me that I was given incorrect information that the customer service department would open at 7:amWhen I finally did reach a customer service representative at 9:AM (CST), the response was, "SorryWe'll try to have your service restored tomorrow morning." Despite the hefty fees they charge -- including a new $annual "insurance" charge they claim is now required by the federal government -- and despite my loss of customers and sales, there's no penalty or compensation they will provide, stating that "merchant card processing companies aren't regulated or overseen by any federal agency or department." Frustrated, upset, angered, and annoyed, I am posting my complaint and caveat emptor here: Beware when dealing with merchant card processing companies! Despite their promises and implied good intentions, they believe that they set their own rules without fear of consequences or penalties for poor performance

Very good overall all experienceTony Bolduc was knowledgable,and communicated to me what I needed to knowI would definitely Recommend this company to those looking for a merchant processing company for their business

This company promised in writing to give me a free day trail service I would only pay for the transaction that were successfully processedBesides failing to process the only credit card purchase I submitted, the company withdrew money from my checking accountI will never never use this company again

We regret that this merchant did not fully understand all of the terms of the agreement The customer contacted our company and was connected to an account representative who went over the rates and
fees of our merchant services. The customer then provided their personal and proprietary information to the representative to prefill an electronic application and begin the approval/activation process. The application was sent over for the customer to review at which point they are able to complete an "e-signature" with their mouse and they then answer security questions based on their personal history pulled from public records. The full agreement was available to print out via PDF They were also sent a copy of the agreement and program guide on a CD with more details on their merchant account. Further, the merchant was sent an email explaining when the billing would beginAs a courtesy, $in service fees were refunded on 1/ An additional refund of $has also been requested This should deposit into the customer's checking account in the next to business days

We regret this customer's negative experience and inconvenience We requested closure of this account through Ignite Payments, the credit card processor that processes all debits and credits for our customers We requested the account be closed with no termination fees, but it appears
the customer was charged We can confirm the account has been closed and a refund for the amount in question has been requested This refund check should be sent in the next to weeks

I believe that Ipayment and CreditCardProcessing.com are related parties to the extent that they do have control over each other. CreditCardProcessing.com is merely trying to shove the blame over to Ipayment which would be like me saying you can't charge me any fees because my wife said so, and there's just nothing you can do about it. Regardless, I will file a complaint to Ipayment

The agent was very helpful and explained "all" of the feesHe responded to my emails and phone calls promptlyThe only HUGE thing that bothers me is the hidden feesWhy couldn't they tell me about those feesAnyway, they are there
You need to ask them like they are little children if there are any monthly, quarterly, annual fees and what other fees are thereMake sure they tell you clearly

Although the overall application process was longer than expected with this company, I did have a very positive experience with the employees
I worked with three people throughout the processing and each person was very courteous and respectful to my needs and time
Even if I decided to call or email several times a day, no one ever made me feel as I was unwanted and also answered me with a prompt turnaround time with any updated information

I got in touch with Daniel Callahan after searching online for a credit card processing company, after having numerous problems with my current company Dan was more than helpful, very knowledgeable, and had my company set up with creditcardprocessing.com within day All my problems with my old processor are gone I plan on being a customer of his for a long time to come

CreditCardProcessing.com has excellent customer service with easy setup Their personnel is very helpful and knowledgeable about providing safety measures to ensure that my merchant account is safe

with credit card processing and the equipment used for said credit card processingWe then assist the merchant through the application, underwriting and boarding process of their merchantapplication and merchant account installAt that point, they have a merchant account with iPayment and all debiting and crediting and holding of funds are handled and determined by iPayment and we have no control over such decisions We can confirm this customer's funds have been released iPayment has advised this customer to reverse the funds back to the cardholder

It is a pleasure dealing with these folks Their pricing is fairTheir statements are
understandable And, their employees are knowledgeable and friendly
