No one returns your calls, took forever for payments to clear and be releasedThey kept wanting to add, adjust terms before releasing payments
We spoke with our local bank's merchant services provider and he advised we wait days to see what all the fee's would beWe went with CCP thinking the fee's were more competitive then anyone else After the days we brought our statement to our bank merchant to find out we where back doored over $in fee's
When we called them out on it, they admitted to back dooring the fee's, no resolution, just a go F yourself
That's there business model, hook, line, sinkerI'm sure as people catch on, there name will change and guess whichever bank is going to partner with them again?!

According to iPayment, the processor that handles our customers' transactions, the referenced refund was deposited on 12/17/

This company is dishonest in their business practices, they will overcharge you, they will shut down accounts without proper notice, they have poor customer service as well as they have account reps that will do anything to open up an account improperly and then justify their wrong doing and shut it down when they get uncovered regarding their business practices

The customer contacted our company, and was then contacted
by an account
representative who went over the rates and fees of
our merchant services.
The customer then provided their personal and proprietary information
to the representative to prefill an electronic application and begin
the approval/activation process. The application was sent over
for the customer to review at which point they are able to do
an "e-signature" with their mouse and they then answer
security questions based on their personal history pulled from
public records. The full agreement was available to print out
via PDF They were also sent a copy of the agreement and program guide on
a CD with more details on their live, active merchant account.
Further, the merchant was sent an email explaining when the billing would
begin. The accounts we were able to locate do not actually show any credit
card transactions were run. However, we
have requested a refund of the $in service fees we are showing in our
system. These should deposit into the
customer’s checking account in the next to business days

I am rejecting this response because: The company has yet to correct their mistakes and have now cause many of my customers to question our credit card charges in addition to credit card processing has now removed funds that were not charged in a timely manner from our account I want out of my contract due to them not performing and depositing funds into our account
IF YOU ARE A BUSINESS OWNER.........DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY YOU ARE LOOKING AT A YEAR OF HEADACHES THEY WILL COST YOU A TON OF TIME AND MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!

Despite negative reviews online, there were some glowing reviews I thought I'd take a chance and signed up with Marc Ferullo for a merchant account My first month, I processed one credit card transaction for $ A few weeks later, I got a bill from the company for $in FEES! Apparently, there is a monthly fee of $plus $because the account number was entered incorrectly and another $just because they had to send me a letter (not sure why they couldn't call or email) I am beside myself and immediately closed the account A business associate recommended The Square as a credit card processing company and that is where I am headed Do not use this company until you want a ridiculous amount of fees (almost 60%!!!) on top of friendly, but completely non-responsive customer service

I was looking for an honest no contract merchant service provider and I called CreditCardProcessing.com and got *** *** on the phone and he was really helpful and set me up with a swiper that I love! When I called him with a simple question on my account he was so helpful

I had four companies that I was looking into for credit card processing and Jonathan was the first to get back with meHe explained everything, all the costs, all the features and answered any questions I had several days later He gave me an offer I couldn't refuseHe is very professional yet has that personal touch

We signed up with this company as we own a roofing and renovations company. We have worked with them for about 2 months now and have had no issues until they flagged a purchase and requested all types of information and paperwork to have the almost $7000 in charges released. We submitted everything requested and eventually were told that unless we had our customer sign a new contract without any warranty information, they would not release the funds. We are a roofing company. What kind of customer would sign a contract stating that they have no extended warranty? Clearly we would not ask that of any customer and refunded the customer's payment until we are set up with a new company. I was told then by the risk management department that they do not work with any companies that provide extended warranties. My issue is not that they have this policy, but that it was never asked if we provided them in our business. As a construction company, clearly we do and we would never have gone through the stress and frustration of this situation. They need to ask the correct questions from the beginning, BEFORE signing people up for their services to ensure this does not happen to other companies. If you are a company that provides anything beyond a 90 day warranty, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

The service I got from Brett was great. He answered all my e-mails immediately with answers to my questions. I have tried doing business with other credit card companies, and the service was not good. I highly recommend Credit Card Processing. Their customer service is great.
