I wanted to try Cupshe, but, knowing that swimsuits can be tricky, I reviewed their return policy before ordering. It says that returns are accepted within 30 days, and there do not seem to be caveats. So, I ordered 7 suits, fully intending to return 4 or 5. Unfortunately, none of them fit, though the quality was great. I did not find a return slip or label in the package, so I reach out to their customer service to ask for instructions on making returns by submitting a ticket. I did not hear back within 48 hours, so I started searching online for tips when I landed on the BBB website. I saw that many customers had been asked for a lot of additional information and had to go back and forth. To save time, I sent another email that included pictures of all barcodes, reason for return, item names, and the order number. I also made it clear that I was not interested in the coupon and wanted a FULL refund. An employee named Serena responded about 10 hours later, and it was evident she had not bothered to read my email. She asked me for all of the info I had already provided and offered me either a coupon or a 50% refund. I spent nearly $180 with them, so that is not going to work. I have replied again. If they don’t respond in a helpful manner this time, I will definitely be filing a complaint and let them know as much. I would not recommend ordering from this business unless you know you’ll keep the items.

I placed an order on 10/2/and was charged by CupsheSince 10/2, they have not emailed to confirm any shipment nor have they responded to my two emails asking for the status of my order

I purchased a swimsuit from this website on February 25, It took weeks to come in, and when I emailed the company, I kept getting automated replies over and over again The suit finally came in, and it did not fitSo, I emailed them about how to go about returning the itemThis went on for weeks, with once again, only automated replies to my multiple emails Finally, I was able to get an address to send the item back It's now been about two weeks, and I have yet to receive the credit back on my card for the return I emailed yesterday to ask about the return status, which to no avail I found a phone number for the company, but it only goes straight to voicemail I would just like to be refunded for my returnThis company has the worst customer service, actually they have no customer service at allI would never purchase anything from this company again

I placed an order with Cupshe on 7/6/18 for 3 bathing suits. My order stated that I was eligible for 5-7 day expedited shipping. That same day (7/6/18) I received notification that my order had shipped, which included a tracking number via ***. The shipment information states that the product was shipping from [redacted] to ** where I live. After a week of the shipping information still stating “awaiting item”, I contacted Cupshe directly. Every email I received is a different excuse. They claimed that my package was “stuck in customs”, which then I pointed out that items shipped within the US do not go through customs. I have requested a refund from the company since I still have not received my order and they continue to give me the run around and refuse to refund my payment. As of today, the shipping information still states “awaiting item” even thought Cupshe claims it has been shipped.

I ordered from this company and paid for expedited shipping The package arrived, but the product was not exactly what was ordered I ordered two XXL swim suits, and one was sent in an XS size To return for a replacement I was told I would have to pay for the return shipping for a product I didn't even order I was offered a partial refund to save the hassle of returning the items and agreed However, weeks later I received another bill, from fedex for the customs and taxes of these items At this time I had now paid $US and another $CAD for the shipment of a product I did not order Cupshes response to my numerous emails was that they would refund the $shipping fee if I paid another $shipping fee to return the items to them Were I to concede I would pay over $for the shipment of a product I never ordered

I purchased two swimsuits with Cupshe.com a little less than a month ago using my [redacted] account I never received a confirmation email or receipt via Cupshe The only evidence I have is via the deduction from my bank account and my [redacted] receipt I received the swimsuits in a timely fashion (about week) Unfortunately, they were about one size too big, so I began the process of an exchange via the website However, I could not proceed with the exchange because an "order number" was needed Since I never received an order number via email nor was there any receipt with the actual package, I was unable to process or send my items back for exchange I tried to call customer service several times, but I have never been able to get through to speak to some one I sent an email to customer service stating my issue I received an immediate response telling me to check my spam folder for the receipt I checked my spam folder and other folders, and I still do not see an email conf
